This company guaranteed me a savings of at lest $2, 500 on my credit card debt by reducing my credit card interest rates. They guaranteed me that I could cancel within 30 days and would receive a refund if they did not save me at least the $2, 500.00. The company they contracted with called all my credit card companies and were so rude with them that I later had to call the card companies back myself an apologize for the calls. In short, they were not successful in reducing any of my credit card rates and as a result were not successful in saving me any money. They charged my credit card $1, 695 for this "service". I mailed the cancellation notice via "certified return receipt" within 30 days. I do have the signed reciept.
