Epiphany Long Distance claimed they got my banking account information from a 'marketing partner, ' which right away tipped me off. I don't buy into marketing ploys. They talked to my husband the other day and claimed he told them he was an authorized user on my bank account (which he isn't, we have separate accounts!) and that it was ok to go ahead with their scam of a long distance plan. Lies!!! Why would we even NEED their stupid long distance when we have free long distance on our land line and cell phones??? Epiphany is nothing but a scam company and they will do ANYTHING they can to get you out of your money. Beware!!! I have already filed a dispute with my bank, and if anyone else sees charges from them on their account, please file disputes. This action is fraudulent and ILLEGAL. If you don't file charges right away, after their 'initial' charge of $6.95, apparently a charge to send information which never comes in the mail, you will be charged $39.95 monthly for a fake and useless service. SCAM ARTISTS!!! I hope they are all thrown in jail!!!
