$99.00 charge
While searching for a loan this company pops up promising a potential loan and tricks you into a $99.00 membership fee for marketing a credit card to USA credit on line store for a line of credit of $2500 to buy merchandise at their on line store only. The $99.00 fee is not the only fee. USA credit then charges you $14.00 a month to use this service. All of their products are overpriced and you can get any of it anywhere for half of what they are charging. They claim that they will restore your credit rating but my opinion is that they are making money off of people who are all ready in need of money. I canceled my membership immediately and was not supposed to be charged but they did charge me. Now after 23 days I am still waiting for a refund.

tried to take money from my account
I went to check what my account balance was and I found out that this company tried to take $99.00, $99.49, and $49.94 out of my company but my bank didn't do it cause I had NSF but I am being charged NSF charges of $24 for each one of the charges. I don't think that I should have to pay for the charges, I think I should be reimbursed by this company for the charges.

unauthorized transaction
This company debited my bank account in the amounta of $99.00 & $99.49. These charges were not authorized by me. I would like these funds returned to me. I am unaware as to how my bank information was obtained by them.

unauthorized charge
eplatinum online group gets peoples account numbers from when people apply for loans and send a fake check for 99.00 to your bank.this was an unauthorized transaction.i need my money back.

STEALING MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT
they are taking money from my bank account with out my permission they offerd my a payday loan i never recieved any money but they are taking $99.00 out of my account

Saying i own 99.00
I just got a call from my bank Community 1st Credit Union that my account was being messed with by this company i have only a saving's account and i woas told i will have to close it because what this company is doing i only had 15 dollars in that account for savings but i get letter in the mail saying i own 109 dollars to this company this is wrong. i didn't sign up for this and don't beleieve in credit cards please have this stop Now.

withdrew money from account
I began filling out an application for a payday loan online BUT I NEVER COMPLETED THE APPLICATION NOR DID I RECEIVE THE LOAN. They took out $99.oo from my account ANYWAY. <br />
Under these circumstances THEY should have NEVER TAKEN THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. <br />
Being that there was NSF in my account the bank returned it to EPlatinum NSF<br />
As a result of this I was charged $45.00 for NSF . (Banks policy)<br />
For something that I DID NOT REQUEST!<br />
EPLATINUM SHOULD PAY THESE CHARGES AS IT WAS THEIR FAULT.
