This company is a total scam! I purchased the laser hair removal tool in October of '08. I received it was very unhappy with it. I've had professional laser hair removal before and this product is such a weak version I would have more luck plucking each hair on my legs out with tweezers.

I returned the product referring to the 60 day full refund policy. First part 0f the scam, the product has to be returned to them within 60 days of when you ordered the product, not 60 days from when you receive it. Second part, they have a restocking fee and you only end up getting back about 2/3 of your purchase price plus you have to pay for international shipping to return it.

I received confirmation from USPS that the return was delivered in November and waited the 10 days they say it takes to refund your money and saw nothing. I have since emailed them almost daily for over 2 months and can't get a single response from the company. They send an automated email saying your inquiry has been assigned a representative and they will be contacting you within 1 business day, which is a total lie.

I now do not expect to ever get my money back but I want to plaster the internet with the truth about this awful company that aims at scamming young woman.
