Fraudulent charge on my debit card
I noticed an unauthorized charge of 59.99 on my card and called the company to find out why I had been charged. The rep I spoke to on the line claimed that my card was used to sign up for a pornographic web service. The rep was extremely argumentative and kept insisting that someone has my card although it has never been out of my possession. I was given a confirmation number and told the service was cancelled and I would receive a refund in 3-5 business days, although I could have sworn he intially told me 2-3 business days. I opened a dispute with my bank and hope I won't have to do anymore to get my money refunded. This is a total SCAM!!!

Unauthorized billing
Every month for about 3 months $48.87 has systematically been debited form my account. I in no way gave out my credit card details or bought any-thing online. How can they do this? It has really spooked me out!

unauthorised transaction
In May, June and October 2008 a total of £52.01 has been taken out of my bank account without my authorisation by using my debit card which was destroyed months ago and should be invalid. I telephoned Epoch and they assured me that my details have been cancelled and my money will be reimbursed. Lets wait and see...

i am complaining about this site(www.epoch.com). they are taking about $29.95 from my account on every month between the date 6- 10. in my account it is written like this(epoch.com, manstermed ). they are doing this for more than 4 months. i am noticing this right now. i would like to refund that amount they took from my account.

Terrible company!
We have recently noticed, on our bank statements, unauthorized amounts totaling 61.49 coming out over the last 3 months. We wrote to the bank asking them to refuse any transactions related to Epoch.com/EUEpoch.com. Today we had our bank statements through & there was another transaction for £21.05. My Fiance phoned the bank to ask why this had been allowed as we had already told them not to, & were informed that it was a card transaction & that they had no power to stop this. I must admit that this beggars belief as in my experience there is not a fat lot that a bank cannot do! My partner has now gone to our bank, (Natwest), to try & sort this out. I have e-mailed epoch & am waiting for a response. If anyone else has had problems with this lot please reply to this post. Also if anyone has any information on these people, please let me know.
