I checked my bank acct this morning to find I've been charged about 25 bucks from this "Epocheu.com." I don't even know what the hell the website is... Nor have I made an online purchase in well over 6 months. I have not authorized anyone to take any sort of payments from my acct, and I am the only person with access to my acct, it is not a share acct. What the hell is going on? I see all these other people with complaints about money being removed from their accts without prior approval... What's the deal?? Do I need to report this to some of the guys at the FBI for possible idenity theft, or do I need to sit back and wait to see what Epocheu.com does about their illegal transactions?

Money was charged to my Visa whilst I have been out of the country not having access to the internet...my card has been barred and the fraud team at Visa are investigating my complaint.

Two payments of £28.39 have been taken from my credit card on 9th December and 9th January.
None of these transactions are recognised by me and I would be grateful if you will refund the payments.
