We purchased an 8 week old English Bulldog puppy from the company listed above less than 2 years ago for $2, 700.00. We filled out the necessary paperwork as required by their website within our timeframe in case our puppy became ill. Within 6 months of age, our puppy was diagnosed with bad hip problems. We never received her papers as well. I called several times long distance in which I left messages for owners to make contact with me. Also email messages. Never received any such call backs nor email. I wanted owners to explain why our baby was diagnosed at such an early age with this condition and also needing her papers so that I could research her background. Their website ONLY stated they weren't responsible for "cherry eye". Since I never heard back from them I did file a report with the Texas Better Business Bureau. How do I submit legal action against this company to pay for our now family member's medicine that she has had to take since the age of 6 months old and for the rest of her life? This medicine is not cheap. We pay $135.00 for 250 tablets that she must take daily so she can walk. Please advise. Thank you. Denise Douglas, 2616 W.
