Deceptive Trade Practices
I owned an english bulldog that had cherry eye. I took it to a vet name Dr. Gi## because he said it was a simple procedure and I had nothing to worry about that he does them all the time. Well in March 18, 2008 he killed my beloved Shiner!! He refered me to Danielle O'Neal and told me that he is her vet. So I call her and pick out a new puppy. A male named Scout. When I get home it is not a male it is a female named Rose. Well I am already attached to her so I keep her. At the time the puppy had a little bit of yellow discharge from her nose. She said she would be okay. The next day she is coughing and I notice a place on her belly that has stitches in it. I thought maybe it could have been something wrong with her cord healing. They she comes down with a form of parasite mange. I have asked her several times for my papers and she just says I will send them to you. Well Mattie is approximately a year old now and she has the head shakes. This lady told me that she sold Tanya Tucker two of her bulldogs. You can not believe a word she says. I find out today that she has done that to hundered of people. She needs to be punished for what she has put all of these people through including me! I paid for a championship bloodline and now I own a 2, 000.00 dog that has neurological problems. She needs to be forced to pay everyone back their money!!

Sick puppy from epuppypro imported from russia
PLEASE HELP... BEFORE I TELL MY STORY... if anybody else has purchased a puppy from epuppypro or lobopuppies and the puppy was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection/pneumonia and your puppy got better, please email me and let me know what antibiotic your vet prescribed. My puppy has been on an antibiotic for three weeks and isn't much better. I need HELP!!

Here is what happed to me... On July 4, 2008 I purchased a puppy from Danielle O'Neal of epuppypro. The puppy had several lessons on it's skin but Ms. O'Neal assured me it was nothing to worry about and that she had medicated the puppy for the skin problems. I paid $2, 300.00 for the puppy and signed Ms. O'Neal's puppy agreement forms and left with the puppy. The puppy had a slight cough which we noticed on the way home. Since I purchased the puppy on a holiday, our vet was closed. I planned to make an appointment on Monday, July 7, 2008. When I called my vet to schedule an appointment, they were booked until Thursday, June 10. I made an appointment for that afternoon.

In the meantime, the puppy was developing a more pronounced cough and the skin problems were getting worse. By Tuesday evening, the puppy was coughing and wheezing badly, with very labored breathing. She developed a very nasty runny nose late into the evening. Her skin was a mess. I called my vet as soon as they opened on Wednesday, July 10 A.M. I took my puppy in as an emergency. My puppy was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection, a staph skin infection, an ear infection and ear mites. All due to her immune system being compromised because of the stress she has been under due to the things she has had to endure in her short little life. She also has a case of ACTIVE Spirochetes -- a type of rare intestinal bacteria that is usually suspended but not active if at all present. She was negative for parasites and worms... thank goodness! My vet says that we are not out of the woods yet, however. He told me that due to her living conditions and being transported probably in close quarters with many other dogs and puppies that she could come down with parvo within the next week or so, as well as kennel cough. We have to wait and see what happens because if a puppy is exposed to these diseases the incubation periods range anywhere from a few days up to a few weeks depending what they have been exposed to. The worst that could happen is that she could have been exposed to distemper which is very nasty and there is basically no cure. The doctor put her on an antibiotic (Simplicef) and an immune system booster (Forti-Flora). I had already been feeding her Danactive each day since I got her which my vet said is excellent. The vet could not give her any puppy immunizations due to her compromised immune system. My vet warned me that puppy mill puppies -- especially bulldogs are usually genetic nightmares and that we could face some genetic issues in the future.

Epuppypro advertises that their puppies come with FULL registration, however, I did not receive any documentation for my completion to register my puppy. I have bred a few litters of puppies and I know that when the litter is born, you register the litter and the AKC, UKC etc. sends the breeder a registration form for each puppy to be given to the new owner so they can fill out the forms to register their new puppy. I received nothing at all to register my puppy.

I have since learned that epuppypro / Mr. and Ms. O’Neal have been named the Defendants in a class action suit in Travis County, TX. They are accused of running a puppy mill: selling more than 50 sickly bulldogs for $1, 500 to $2, 500 apiece, and falsely claiming to have bred and raised them.

The defendants have sold in excess of 50 bulldogs with serious and/or fatal medical issues for between $1, 500 to $2, 500 or more, the complaint states. Plaintiffs claim the O'Neals misrepresent their business by falsely claiming that "We breed English Bulldogs & French Bulldogs. We know that we are the #1 Place for Top Quality Bulldog Puppies you can find, with excellent health... We consider all the puppies we have part of our family & we love and care for them." But in fact, the Plaintiffs say, "Defendants do not breed English or French bulldogs.

*** The defendants admit, instead, that they are a bulldog 'broker' and run 'an Internet-based marketing company for English and French bulldogs that distributes bulldogs.***

The defendant’s bulldogs purportedly bred in Texas are, in fact, shipped en masse by 'heads' and 'boxes' from Russia and signed for at Houston airport by defendants.

The City of North Richland Hills Humane Division has been inundated with enough consumer complaints regarding the poor health of defendants' bulldogs that said Humane Division launched an investigation into defendants' activities... Defendants do not furnish purchasers with 'Full Registration, ' or any registration whatsoever, for its bulldog puppies. Hence it is impossible to ascertain whether in fact these puppies are 'Champion Sired' or possess 'Champion Bloodlines.' Plaintiffs demand punitive damages.

I have filed a complaint with the Fort Worth, TX Better Business Bureau, Texas Attorney General and ripoffreport.com.

These heartless women must be STOPPED! They are putting these defenseless puppies through hell! I don't know how they sleep at night!

Animal abuse
My wife and I purchased the cutest little English bulldog puppy from epuppypro.com. She arrived on 5/22/07. Before she came we were told the puppie was doing well and healthy. When we picked her up at the airport she was very very sick and had trouble breathing. Her abdomen was swollen and the next day we took her to the Vet.

The Vet doctor was in shock that this puppy was allowed to fly she was in such bad shape and little. They did x-rays and the doctor said oh my god she has pneumonia and swollen tonsils. We were so upset about this. She gave us antibiotic for our puppy to see if she can get better. Also the puppy was given 14 vaccines by 8 weeks which my doctor said was wrong and dangerous.

After this i contacted Laura at Epuppypro.com and explained all this, she told me that they puppy was completely healthy and that my vet is trying to get money out of me. I WAS OUTRAGED. I told her i wanted half my money back from this puppy I payed $2500 plus 350 to travel and 150 at the vet. Laura told me to fax the vet reports to her and she would talk to Dannielle.

I have read all these reports WE are OUTRAGED these people are allowed to be in business. They must be Shut, they are torturing these lovely animals. I am willing to talk to whoever and do whatever to get these people out of business.

Sick puppy
Believe it or not I was online looking for an English Bulldog for my girls for several weeks and uncovered a lot of scams online but I also fell into the trap. I had contacted Ms. Danille O'Neal and spoken to her several times by phone an emails and explained to her the gift I wanted to provide to my girls for their birthday. I searched and searched and finally saw a picture of a beautiful female red/white. I immediately fell in love with her. I paid $2850 in total including shipping and only had her 24 hours before she passed away. The puppy arrived with a large scar in the center of her belly that still had an existing defect and an abscess covering her anal area. When I contacted the breeder after directly taking the puppy to my vet about three hours after picking her up, the breeder denied the puppy having any scar or abscess. Right there I knew something was not right but I felt okay worst case scenario I am dealing with a liar but at least I still have the puppy. Mind you I only received a health certificate no registration papers or anything as promised to me. The very next day the puppy passed away. I took her to the emergency clinic but they would not touch her because they stated I needed to get a hold of my breeder first. I emailed and called and no responses!!! Almost 24 hours pass and I still have no answers or communication with the breeder. I take her to my vet and he certifies her death and states to me that I have the option of getting an autopsy but since so many hours have past he felt it would be inconclusive and its additional monies that I would absorb. I finally spoke with my credit card company and am in the middle of filing a dispute against this company for fraud! Will I get my money I really do not know but my girls are absolutely heartbroken as well as myself and now I am in the mists of trying to repair this damage with my babies by looking for another bullie for them.

My puppy also came with a tattoo in which I asked about and the response was I only do that so I can tell them apart for their pedigrees??? I also asked if her puppies were raised by her and she said YES! NEVER MENTIONED THEY WERE SHIPPED FROM RUSSIA!!!! If I would have known that I would have NEVER made the sale.

Then I come across Ms Lobopuppies.com which I had no idea she was related to epuppypro.com but luckly she realized who I was and cancelled my transaction before any fraud was committed.

All I wanted was to offer a beautiful bullie a good home filled with love and make my daughters happy. We are a good family with a large home and lots of love to give and it really saddens me that these breeders utilize these poor puppies as bait to steal from honest people like us.

All I can say is Beware!!!
