THIS IS SICK BECAUSE THEY HAVE ALL OF MY CREDIT INFO AND YOU HAVE NONE OF THEIR INFO.

FOUND ON CRAIGSLIST, NO PHONE NUMBER JUST AN EMAIL THAT THEY NO LONGER RESPOND TO AFTER YOU GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT INFO.

I don't do a check on your rental history or a background check but we do require a credit check. In order to rent this property you will need a score of a least 475 with no outstanding collections over $17, 500. I do make some exceptions but I require that you bring your report with you and provide an explanation.

On this property we do not require a security deposit or pet deposit but we do have a $200 non-refundable cleaning fee. This is a one-time fee that you need to be able to pay on the same day you sign the lease. We offer leases from 3 months to 2 years.

Unlike most rentals you won't be charged an application fee or for a credit check because you will bring your own. Renting this quickly is my highest concern so if you don't act right away this may be rented before you get a chance to put in your application. I'll have some time later today or tomorrow to walk you through the property and appointments will be set in the manner they are received.
