Today I got a phone call from Jason at ER Solutions Inc. He referred to me by first name and asked how I was doing. I asked what the phone call was regarding. Jason then stated he was trying to get a hold of my brother. I should mention that I am married and my last name is different from my brother's. Again I asked what the call was regarding and Jason promptly hung up on me. The phone number he called from was 281-529-3150.

When I tried to call the number back I kept getting a voice mailbox. So I left several messages. After leaving a message I opted to mark it urgent and found I could also be transferred to an operator. After being shuffled to many other voice mailboxes, I finally asked to speak to the company president. I was transferred to Bob White. I doubt very much he was the company president, but... He told me the nature of the information for my brother was confidential. I told him that his employee called me asking for information and then rudely hung up on me. I wanted to know how his company had gotten my name and number. Again Bob explained that the nature of the information was confidential, and the only option I had was to give my number and he would be sure to remove it from their call list. This company is very shady. Does anyone know who to report them to? Or does anyone want to help me fill their voice mailbox with messages?

My message to ER Solutions is simple- Don't mess with me; Don't mess with my family!
