Rude harassing phone calls!
ER Solutions harassing phone calls after the account has been paid off in full. Horrible service, the agent raised his voice at me and cut me off. Not to mention they misrepresented themselves claiming to be from Dell Financial. Completely horrible!

ER Solution's constant harassment and invasion of my privacy!
*This forwarded message was sent to the Human Resources Department at ER Solutions in Renton, WA (see below). Good luck to everyone who has to deal with ER Solutions!!!* Please see below. This message was sent to KOMO 4 News in Seattle and to one of your employees who posted a message on the Internet in response to multiple consumer complaints about your services. This email will also serve as written notification that the phone number XXX is NOT the phone number for Charles A. Warner. There is no Charles A. Warner at this number nor at the residence connected to this number. If you continue to call me despite the clearly stated facts appearing above, then a lawsuit will be pending. Sincerely,

Subject: ER Solutions - Please Warn Consumers!!
To: "[email protected]" <[email protected]>
Cc: [email protected]

My name is Carol Warner and I've been receiving calls from a debt collection agency called ER Solutions (see below for company address/contact info). I recommend that you Google ER Solutions to verify the many complaints against their debt collection practices.

First off, I have no outstanding debts and never have. However, I receive several calls each day from ER Solutions. This has been going on for at least the past year. Apparently, they are trying to collect a debt from a "Charles A. Warner". There is no one in our family with that name.

ER Solutions leaves a message on our answering machine stating that they are at "1-800-989-2807". Today the message left by a "Kelly Smith" at ER Solutions gave me the opportunity to enter a number if I was not the individual they were trying to contact. The message then stated that if I did not enter the number given, then I was acknowledging that I was indeed Charles A. Warner. Of course, as I am at work, I have never had the opportunity to press that button. I've called their 1-800 number several times and left messages saying I am not the party they are looking for and have never gotten a response.

Last Saturday, an individual with ER Solutions showed up at our place of residence trying to serve legal papers on the individual owing the debt, the apparently elusive and mysterious "Charles A. Warner". My husband told them that there was no one with that name residing here, and that there were no members of our family with that name. He left without further questions. I had hoped that this visit would end the harassing calls, but I received another message (see above) from ER Solutions today, 2/29/08. I then looked up ER Solutions on the Internet and found to my dismay the many complaints lodged against them. Needless to say, I was alarmed at what I found. Here is a post from an employee at ER solutions to various consumer complaints:

I plan on checking my credit report and lodging a complaint with the appropriate agencies. I will also sue them if it comes to that. I am a law abiding citizen and do not appreciate ER Solution's constant harassment and invasion of my privacy. I believe this is a story worth investigating and warning others about. Please do what you can. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help,

Carol A. Warner

Crooks!
My husband got a call about our radioshack account. (not making excuses, we had moved and didn't get a bill.. we forgot.. we do agree to the charges.. ) They had givin us a payment plan of 309.00 every 2 weeks by auto draft. We agreed, our bill would be paid off in 3 months! GREAT! Until our first payment. . Feb 15th 1payment of 309.00 was taken out... then feb 18th ANOTHER 309.00 was taken!! After 6 phone calls and getting routed to Texas, I FINALLY got a professional person on the line who listened to the WHOLE issue instead of hearing Radioshack and immediatly transf to another branch or hanging up!. . She got me a supervisors name and Ext at the Washington office.. No problem.. they said they would put in a report and get the money back to me in 48 hours.. well as of Feb 25th.. still NOT in my account. I have called and the dept I need isnt in until 10am!.. So still 309.00 short in my account and bills that are due!!... Now this friday Feb 29th I am sure we will get a call to authorize 309.00 to be withdrawn from my checking account.... I sure hope they have a Western Union or Money Gram.. because they will NEVER have authorization to draft ANY ammount of money from my account EVER again!

Fraudulent settlement offer!
In 2005 I received MANY phone calls from a company called Surpass (now E R Sloutions). They eventually sent me a settlement offer on my account with Direct TV. I of course jumped at the chance to settle (silly me). I just recently checked my credit report and found the bill from Direct TV on my credit. I called Direct TV and they had no knowledge of a settlement offer or of sending my account to Surpass (E R Solutions). I have been trying to call E R Solutions for 2 days and all I get is an automated system that never leads to anyone! Now I am having to write letters to Direct TV just to prove I paid ER Solutions! I unfortunately did a check by phone (never again), so I have no paper proof, but my statement and a reference number. I have the extension and name of the person who took my payment, but that does me no good if I can't speak to anyone!

If anyone else knows anything about this company please let me know...

Rip off!
I paid a settlement debt to ER Solutions who was representing BOA. I paid this collection in January, 2005. They took my money, cashed my check and never reported it paid, however, reported it back to BOA not paid. I have the copies of the checks that they cashed. When I called ER Solutions to let them know about the situation, a man by the name of Scott told me it was to bad, nothing they could do and that I had no business with them.

I said " But I have the proof of payment" He said he did not care and again that I have no business with them. I then called BOA to try and explain to them what happened. They said that they can clearly see that I made the payment, however, ER Solutions did not report it as a settled account and that they too cant do anything about it. BOA is now trying to collect the same debt that I paid ER Solutions and I am now reported to Chex Systems and they will not remove me until BOA says its paid.

No justice in this matter at all!

Insisting I give my parents credit card number!
This ER Solutions phone number (623) 931-5410 has been calling for my dad to pay for a cell phone bill that had been paid for 2 months earlier. I (the 20 year old son) made a stop by my parents house and made the mistake of answering a phone call made by this number. They insisted that I give them my dads out of town hotel number, and then screamed at me because I would not give them my moms work number. He then hung upon me, called back and asked if I would give them my mothers work number. I said no and was hung up on. This continued for 15 minutes! About 30 minutes later the exact same number called back and was telling me to give them my parents credit card numbers or they're social security number! THESE PEOPLE ARE CRAZY!

Unsolicited calls for unknown person!
Your company evidently doesn't understand that this person, Armando Varilla (spelling?) no longer has this phone number, if he ever did! This is the second day (and probably more) that your computers have called without giving us a chance to tell you that THIS PERSON has given out our number without our permission.

The person's name on the computer is Kelly. Please reprogram your @#$$#%@ computers to NEVER call us again for this person: Armando Varilla!

Rude rep & supervisor!
I have an account with ERSolutions (collecting for AT&T-Atlanta). I have been unemployed and after 16 years of having the same cellular provider (Bellsouth Mobility thru the AT&T merger) I was unable to pay a $226 bill and was sent to collections - ERSolutions. I answered the call 1/17/08 from a rep calling about this account. She started out very cordial and after I told her I was unemployed and was unable to pay and that I requested to no longer receive phone calls, she yelled at me telling me I owed money and until I paid it, I would receive calls and hung up on me.

Fuming, I called back the number on a letter I had received in the mail. The person answered, "Hello", as if they were at home. (Probably - remote access) I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was placed on hold while they searched for my name from my number (I am aware. I never gave them my name. The supervisor, or Lead as he put it, acknowledged me by my name.)

He also started out cordial. I told him I was very aware of my debt and had every intention of paying it. Currently being unemployed, I am unable to. I told him the previous person I had talked to hung up on me and was extremely rude. He told me she had documented that I requested no more phone calls. I told him, if she had told me that I would not be making this call.

I asked him or rather told him that I knew that even though I had a debt, I also had rights and just because you have debts does not mean people can talk to you any kind of way. He agreed. Then it turned when he asked me when I got my next paycheck. I told him again that I was unemployed. He then raised his voice and told me he would document my account as refusing to pay! I told him I was not refusing to pay, I did not have it to pay. If I had it, I would pay it! He goes back and forth saying that is what I am saying when I said I didn't have it to pay - I was really telling him I was refusing to pay!

I had enough so I hung up!

I know this is their business, collections. I did not deserve this type of behavior and I am tired of being hung up on and talked to in any manner they choose to. For what it's worth, I have chosen to voice my abuse!

Kind regards!

Rude and threatening
I was contacted a couple of weeks ago by ER Solutions regarding a Bank of America account that we were disputing a fraud claim against. My husband's wallet was stolen while we were on vacation. I called the bank to cancel his card, and was told that the system was down and that i would have to call back later. So I proceeded to the nearest ATM machine to withdrawal cash so that my family would be able to continue our vacation, 3,000 miles from home. In the meantime, whomever took the wallet used our card for several purchases, overdrawing the account and accruing overdraft fees. I thought I was doing them a favor by not having to struggle with merchants to collect fees. They would only have to reverse the charges. That was in July. We are now getting calls from ER Solutions. I have spoken with them 3 times in two weeks, each time telling them that they need to speak with my husband, gave them his phone number and please call him, he has the fraud claim information. Well, instead... they proceed to call from a phone book, or online phone search engine for my relatives, which there only happens to be one with MY MAIDEN NAME. My grandmother, clear across the country 3000 miles away! WHATEVER!!! Can you say illegal? This after the first Rep that I talked to told me that if I didn't pay him the $300 now, that I faced public humiliation when I try to write a check and all of the convenience and grocery stores in my town will have my poster up telling the clerks not to take my checks! WHOA! Clever, right?

There is a way to handle customers, and I actually used to work in collections and know that both of these experiences warrant complaint the the FTC, and are illegal. Try kindness, if you "act" interested and maybe listen to your customers on the phone for a minute, chances are your results will be better.

Sorry to everyone out there who has had to hear from this company!

Illegal Collection/Fraud
I had an alledged debt that passed the 7 year mark and was removed from my credit report. A representative has called me
multiple times since my debt has been removed and no longer
exists. The rep stated that it is still on my credit report as of
01/04/2008. This is criminal act of fraud which I plan to report
to the proper authorities of jurisdiction.
