Harassment!
I have been receiving phone calls from these guys for about 2 weeks. I got a new cell phone number and these "professionals" think I am someone else... who owes them money. Ive left them my name and explained my situation and it has nothing to do with them. I do not owe them any money... I am not the person they are trying to reach. They are calling continuously everyday and even on the weekend... wasting my time and minutes. I have left them voicemails and they continue to call me on the weekend and weekdays. I will be turning this company into the Better Business Bureau and if i am so inclined take them to small claims court and get some money out of them for harassment.

Terrible, unprofessional customer service!
I received a call regarding a past Comcast cable bill from ER Solutions. According to the representative I owed over $300 and they were calling to collect. This was news to me. Confused, I asked her when was this bill owed or when was the account opened. The representative said it was from 2003 and verified my address. I said that I still live at that address but I never ordered cable service the entire time I lived there and that the building comes with cable service, so there isn't a need to purchase any. The rep immediately snapped and started to exclaim how she is not calling to sell me cable. At that point I'm like, 'Wow! I am not saying you are trying to sell me anything." I immediately took a moment because I knew this was going to start a yelling match and nothing will get accomplished. I explained to her that it is a student apartment building and cable and other utilities are included. Only if someone would want digital or premium cable then this additional service would be necessary. One would think she would now apologize for the assumption on her part as well as the yelling; but instead her attitude was worse. She then said "Then write a letter then!" I'm now trying to figure out why does she still have an attitude and telling me to write a letter as if I knew what to do but didn't do it. So I got upset and said, "What letter! To whom, to where? How am I suppose know what you're talking about-this is all new to me!" She then yelled back, "Then get a pencil and write it down so I can tell you!" I started yelling at her and hung up the phone. The funny thing is that she didn't know that I myself work in collections as a manager for one of the largest banks in the country. So I, if anyone, knows the art of patience and how customers verbally abuse reps because they are the bearer of bad news. I spoke to this rep in the same tone that I would want my customers to speak to me. The attitude, I guess, was based on predetermined response which is why she thought it was necessary to put up her defense against me. Not realizing I wasn't angry only confused about the situation. Called the main office to speak with a supervisor or manager and left a message. Of course I wasn't called back.

Harrassing, RUDE AGENTS with no morals
I have had ER Solutions calling me about a closed Washington Mutual Account. I just got off of the phone with the most rude, unprofessional un moral agent that I have ever dealt with in my life. Mrs. Brown (if that is her real name) is supposedly a manager. I am not sure where they do thier training for managers this lady is a b - @- #- $-h she would not let me speak as she kept asking me questions as to why my account was overdrawn and closed and everytime I tried to speak she would speak over me telling me I need to pay this amount this month or else.... or else what are you going to come to my home and visit me. That is would love!!! I finally had enough of this badgering and told her to shut up and let me speak then she got all oh no you didn't on me. Please women if you had any sense of what is it to be a manager. I told her I wanted to speak with her supervisor as she continued to say well why don't you pay your debt if you paid your debt you wouldn't have to speak to me. Please you probably have bills that your company is calling you on. I dont know any American who does not have some sort of debt ecspecially in todays economy. If she is debt free then I am Donald Trump. I tried to explain myself but she would not let me speak. This lady is rude and needs to be fired. I finally got her to transfered me to someone else who actaully listened to what I was trying to say and we set up a payment arrangement and everything was fine. But this lady needs a reality check and needs to get off of her soap box and pull her head out of her @$$

Wrong person, Harrassing on cell, job and now husband's business
I have never heard of this company until one day a message was left on my cell number, how they got it I do not know. The message stated if this is the wrong person, please hang up! Duh, how do you hang up if the person calling is leaving a message. They took the "not hanging" as a sign I was the person they were calling. I am not. There are two other people with my first name/initial and last name. I have tried to call several times to say they have the wrong person. I have left messages with them. Now I have their number under do not answer on my cell. Somehow they tracked down one of my husbands companies and called his secretary several times a day for over a week. Too bad they didn't get my husband's other business number as he is a licensed laywer, as well as a judge. Of course my husband assumed I had lied to him about a debt. I assured him I did not and had to prove to him I was telling the truth. I researched and found both credit cards I had a few years ago had been paid in full and both closed, at my request! Both banks suggested I contact ERSolutions, via certified mail, telling them to forward to me any statements or other documents from whom ever they say I owe. In all the message they only state "we are a collection agency and it's urgent you pay us the money you owe us immediately!" No only has my husband suggested I forward that registered or certified letter to them, he also located on the internet that their license ends as of January 31, 2008. Could this be why they are so urgently trying to collect money from whomever they can harrass or scare into paying? I wouldn't be surprised if they got the money they could and ran for the hills or another country. There is no reasoning with this company even when they are wrong!

Out of the blue call demanding money
I own an apartment complex which the tenants have utilities in their name. a certain tenant did not switch electric for 3 weeks which she did when I caught her but I had a $59 bill gave it to her and she did not pay it. this was 3 months ago today got a call, without identifying who he was demanding the $59. the caller got very nasty when I asked for a copy of the bill, told me I did not need one and he wanted my checking account # I said no and I do not pay collection companies. his nasty attitude increased to which I told him to shove it, called the electric company, told them they needed to get a different collection service as this one is lower then pond scum.

Poor service!
I'm glad to see there are others who are outraged by this company. I had used Cingular for a while as my wireless carrier but was completely frustrated because I could never use my handheld in my house-there was NO reception. I live in Brooklyn and finally a friend convinced me to change carriers because Verizon is the only one here with good reception. I had to bite the bullet and do it because I have 3 kids in school and i have to know where they are. Of course Cingular charged me and because the cost of 'breaking up' with them was a couple hundred plus the high bill of the new service, I sent Cingular partial payment each month -about $50 each time. Suddenly, I received no more bill from them. So busy I didn't think about it. Started getting these calls from a 'machine' -picked up the line and for a good 30 seconds, no voice. I hang up. Finally, they call so many times I get this 'ER solutions identified.' I had just had foot surgery so I think its the company who sent me an electronic pain device.(ER-Emergency Room?) A month later, they're still calling, never leaving a message and never a person. So I never talk to anyone. Finally I get this overexcited self important kid on the line-after I decide to wait to figure this out- who starts aggressively pushing me to pay this Cingular bill and that they had sent a letter out in July (???) i try to explain that I will pay when I get a 'bill' in the mail and that I need to break it down in payments. He starts taunting me that 'Cingular was good enough for two years so what became the problem implying that I'm a 'no-good bill evader'??... wow... i lost it... i won't put up with that bull----!! How dare he make ANY kind of personal judgments about me and my decisions!! just now I got another 'mouth on the phone trying to push me into making a payment on the phone and they'll 'give me a break' if I do it NOW. This isn't helping them get money from me. I'm going to call Cingular and pay them direct just so I don't have to deal with these guys!!

Poor service!
My son attends Western state college in Gunnison, Colorado and has a very full course load/academic day. He had been rooming with a friend for several months in Crested Butte, then moved to be closer to school. They had subscribed to cable (under my son's name) and when my son moved out, his roommate asked him to leave the cable and he (roommate) would be responsible for paying the bills. Recently my son received several calls on his cell phone asking him to call ER Solutions in Phoenix, Arizona. Each time my son attempted to call his call was answered by an automated system that he couldn't get past. Today, I have called the number my son was given (623-931-5410) three times and spent 43 minutes on hold listening to the welcome, telling me to enter the extension if I knew it, or enter the name of the person I was trying to reach (obviously, I had no clue) and then assuring me (the automated system) they would connect me to a representative. This never happened. I am angry that they will bug my son at school and not even allow me to get past the automated system to take care of this problem.

Rude and unprofessional customer service
I just received a rude and unprofessional phone call from this company. The representative had his mouth full of food (or??) so when he announced why he was calling I couldn't even understand him so he had to repeat it and he did so rudely. Our conversation was short because I refuse to speak to customer service personnel who can't use manners and courtesy -- if we all insist upon this then maybe it will go back to the way it was in the good old days -- speaking to people with respect!

Poor service!
Called several times to cell phone and told them I was not the right person and that they had reached a cell phone. Agent was rude as could be and refused to remove me from call list. Agent responded with "we'll see" in her snooty tone of voice after telling her this was not the right person.

Harassing phone calls!
Calls my house and my cell phone to collect on debts not belonging to me. Call continuously even thou I have told them repeatedly that they have the wrong person and to please remove my numbers from the calling list.
