Rude and threatening!
The people who work for this company are rude and threatening. Demanding that I take out a payday loan to pay my phone bill. When I explained that I was diagnosed with uterine cancer and was out of work for 3 months I was rudely told that they don't want to hear about my personnel problems and just pay!!! I asked them how they sleep at night and promptly hung up!

Harassing calls!
The same guy calls me every day at work. I will not take his call. When I have taken his call, he started harassing me. When I said do not call me at work because I could lose my job, he said he didn't care if I lost my job. I even gave him my home telephone #. He has even had someone else call and ask for a co-worker by name and left her a voice mail to have ME call him. He asks for people by name that don't even work here at all, like he is pulling names out of a hat and hope they connect, and he claims that I am lying to him when I tell him nobody by that name works here. He says that we screen his calls just so I won't talk to him, we screen all calls that come in, not just his. He says that he will continue to call me everyday till I pay the debt. There is no way in hell that I am paying these guys one cent cause then they would lie about it.

Poor service!
On August 23 I was contacted by the above mentioned person who would not tell me the reason for his call, told me it was not my concern, even though HE call called ME. He had my name wrong, lied about how he obtained my number and was extremely rude and abusive. I was NOT the person he was looking for and do not appreciate random calls HOPING to find a particulator debtor. I am reporting you to the Better Business Bureau and the Gov. Do Not Call Registry. Tony Keen is a disgrace to the company he is employed by---YOU!

Harassing calls
I have been getting phone calls regularly from this company about debt collection from an unknown individual. I've informed them several times the person they were looking for doesn't live here and never has and to please stop calling. But they continue to call and leave lengthy recorded phone messages. This last time I called to complain, the ER Solutions representative was rude and hung up on me. This is harassment and they are an insidious group as evidenced by the amount of complaints against them. What can be done???

Poor service!
The company has called on average twice a month about a disputed 280 dollar balance left from a closed checking account from Washington Mutual. I have repeatedly asked for a mailed invoice or bill, but they refuse to do so. Several of there agents were extremely rude to me when I insisted that I would not discuss financial matters on the phone with a company that purports to be a collection agency, yet will not cooperate with me in sending a paper bill for record and legal reasons. I thought at first they were a fraud because of the lack of cooperation they showed. My wife insists that it was taken care of months ago, and I do not understand how she could have closed a checking account with a negative balance without first paying it. ER Solutions continues to call, one agent took my address down and agreed to send a paper copy, yet after 3 months none has arrived and other agents have denied that they will ever send me anything. This is highly unprofessional and some of there practices are borderline illegal. I will continue to pursue a hard copy of there bill, but if I get the slightest chance I will sue there company!

They have the wrong number
ER Solutions has been calling my house for months. They are trying to reach the fellow that had my phone number before me. I have had it for 4 years! I have repeatedly pressed the button that they tell you to press if they have the wrong number and it has not stopped them from calling.

This week I have let a representative come on the phone and the first day I told the guy that they have the wrong number and despite the fact that I have indicated with their push button system that they have the wrong number they continue to call. I asked him to remove my number from their system and the little punk hung up on me. Today I'm pretty sure I got the same little punk so I asked for a supervisor and he said "hold for a moment" and he hung up again.

To add to my frustration, I tried to call the number on my caller ID and found it goes to a fax number. I will be faxing them a seething complaint tomorrow.

Harassing phone calls and they were rude to my boss!
ER Solutions is calling me at work and hanging up or not leaving a phone number to call them back. They are doing the same thing on my cell.

People beware!

Rudeness of representative
ER Solutions has been phoning my home looking for a relative that does not live at this address. The relative is in the military and we are unable to contact them. We have to wait for them to contact us. I explained this to the representative who took the info and thanked me for my time. When I began to research the background of this company, I discovered that they have a very negative reputation in how they handle matters. I called the company and expressed my concern of their business practices. I also asked them to remove my telephone number from their system. The representative kept asking me what website did I find my information because I couldn't have found it on their website. Well quite naturally. What company puts negative aspects of their business on their website. When I told the representative that I did not want to argue with him, I simply wanted my number removed, he was very rude and hung up on me. There is never an acceptable excuse for rudeness in the business world. Obviously the complaints I read on ER Solutions are well founded.

A solution for ers!
A Solution for ERS!

I was going through a separation and our joint bank account suffered. But alas Washington mutual are sharks anyway so no big loss.

ERS solutions sent us a letter explaining the bill and at first they were nice… then very quickly as I was making arrangements and ready to make a payment plan the operator kashawn?? Became very rude and started to try and fight with me??? He had me ready to make payments and he just had to start a fight and abuse his distance from me. So I realized very quickly that these people will not give out there real names and more than likely enjoy messing with people who cannot return the favor.

How many people would be willing to pay the minor cost for a prepaid phone to give them (solutions) back a taste of there own??

I am willing to set up a site dedicated to providing up-to-date abuse with names and numbers and then anyone who feels the urge to abuse these people back can do so with the same unanimity… I wonder how fast the Solution would become a problem there PR people could not solve!

Remember the call would be local for the caller because they could call the location closest to them. Easy swift and potent.

I understand collecting a dept and yes be aggressive but I am sure if ERS had all its 1500 employees busy with return abuse I am sure they would need to rethink there current choices.

Poor customer service
Called in to check on a debt for a car accident insurance repayment plan i could set up was told i was potentially lying when i was trying to think of how long I've lived at my residence. Then when i gave my financial statement and told the lady i only made a bout $1,400 a month and i wanted to start making voluntary payments and that i could put about $200 as a down payment to call back when i had $1,700 and was disconnected.

Called back later to talk to a different collector and when i was transferred to the country mutual dept where my loan was credited to a lady there answered and told me to hold and without muting me began to yell at another debtor about a $900 and sum odd dollar payment that was due by Friday if the debtor wanted her to hold it for her disclosing the debtor's information to me and putting me in fear the same could and very well could be done to me as far as disclosing my information to other parties. Also when i asked the lady if i could make a voluntary payment of $50 she said that wasn't enough for my re-payment for the accident debt that it would only go towards my Washington mutual debt and that i needed $1,700 dollars to make a payment, basically telling me no, and when i asked if i could be garnished even tho i wanted to make voluntary payments the lady told me that i can be sued. The whole situation was very unprofessional and disgruntling to find out that my personal information is at risk of being given to other parties not directly associated with the company. And that my intent to make restitution payments for my debt are said to be unsatisfactory. I am in the process of consulting a lawyer.
