HARRISING PHONE CALLS
I get at least two or three calls a day form this co.Mostimes nobody answers when I say hello.The few times they did, it was a recorded message saying to press one. I did so. After I got a live person I asked what kind of business was ER Soulutions, The person I talked to then asked me for my name & phone # I refused until they told me who they were.That person then hung up on me. This has happened a number of times in exactly the same way. Is there anything I can to to stop this harrasment.

SCAM
These people have sent me a letter saying that I owe them money from a debt that doesn't exist. They are calling me at work and harrasing me. If there are any other people that have had any experience with these people then let me know. Looking to start a class action law suit against these guys asap.

Stay away
Even though the robo call says press 4 if it is a wrong number, they keep calling. Next stop, my state consumer protection agency and my state's attorney general.
Enough, enough, enough, enough!
It is obviously that you really don't want my complaint because what I wrote is enought to describe the problem.
You are as bad as the company I am complaining about.
Dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb, fake, fake, fakefake, fake, fake, fake, fake, fake, fake, fake, fake, fake, fake.
People will give up if they don't reacy 100 words. That's what you want, yes?

Rude and Unprofessional
I received a call from ER Solutions today, they asked for verification by asking for the last four numbers of by SSN or address. When I asked what this was about, the customer "service" representative continued to ask for verification without providing any information about the purpose of the call.
I do not mind getting the call, but in this age of phishing and scamming, why would I give this person any information before I know the purpose of the call. What in the *** is ER Solutions anyway?
She was very rude and IMHO, very unprofessional. ER Solutions, whomever or whatever they are, either need to change their policy or hire people who understand the concept of "customer service".

Stinks
ER Solutions called my house multiple times per day for over 2 weeks asking for Samuel Phelps.
My name is Saam Phelps so I thought they were trying to sell something and thought I was a man. I pushed the button that they had the wrong number but they continued to call.
Finally I called back to tell them to stop calling and find out what they were trying to sell and they were very rude and would not tell me the nature of their business. All they would have had to say is they were a collection agency but NO, of course they couldn't be honest with me. What a JOKE!!!

Ugly people
I hope the person i talked to has to go through hard times and someone from er solutions or another third party recovery calls her and treats her the way i was treated.I am sure that every one they call would pay their bill but as we all no some things in life we can not help i guess the people on the er solutions company yhave all their bills paid and never seen hard times well one day they will be judged by the big man GOd himself then let them answer to him he is the one they need to worry about. these places doctors charge so much that companyies such as er solutions can recover their money and get teir commision and still make money makes no sense to me love thy neighbor dont threaten to take the bread out of his childrens mouth

Charge credit card without authorization
ER Solutions are a scam and ripoff, they took money off my credit card without authorization, and then when i tried to get them to put the money back with my credit card company on the line with me they transferred us 4 times and tried to say that someone else charged my card when it has never been out of my custody at all. And what person would steal your credit card to pay your own bill( which i had a zero balance to) they were rude and cursing in the back round and still refused to put my money back on my card. Now i have to get a new credit card and start an lawsuit

Stay away
E.R. Soltuions calls my house three to four times a day (can you say harrassment?) for some guy who doesn't even live at my residence. I've ask them to remove my number from their call list and not call any longer. These guys get nasty, like I must be lying to them. I even sent them a formal request in writing, but nothing stops them. Nothing seems to deter there process to swindel people out of hard earned money. IMHO, you've got to be pretty hard up to do nothing but spend your days calling and harassing innoncent people.

No contact when I'm right
I had a debt showing on my credit report from an old Direct TV bill that my ex-wife left when she moved out of our old house (a year after I did). I was never contacted about the bill and when I found it on my credit report, I paid in full the $379.00 owed. That was nearly a year ago and it is still on my report. I can't log into the account on line because it no longer exist. I called the 800# but can't reach and operator and the voice mailbox is full. I clicked on the "contact us" link on their web site and sent in my request for a follow up review. I left my email address and my phone # and have not recieved a reply on either as of yet. That was 3 months ago, still no word. Bastards.
