Rude ass people
you people are rediculios ur little shit talkin bitches on there one day ur gonna end up with a lawsuit on your hands your rude and open ur mouth when u should keep it closed, I had a bill that was 4months over due and it was because they never sent me my bills and my account was not working so I start getting these call from this 877# er solutions so one day I call back and ask what its about and this bitch starts talkin shit askin y I wont pay my bill through her and why I have to pay my other bills first and blah blah blah I told her because im going to pay my bill through them and she got mad and started talkin shit so I hung up on her bitch ass you people needa get ur prioritys straight you no we all can easly call the cops and say this company is harrassing us duhhh

Rude people
It is very hard to get yelled at in eubonics by someone to whom you have already answered their questions ... and yet the continue to badger you ... ie; "you been knowin' 'bout this .. when are you gonna send a payment?" It is one thing to "do your job" and quite another to intentionally belittle someone. These people are minimum wage thugs that ought to be ashamed of themselves .. of course, that would take some self awareness, and clearly, they lack that.

Harrassing phone calls
I received a call from ER solutions at about 10:20 this morning(Tuesday October 11, 2010. They immediately asked who I was and I asked them what this was regarding and they would not tell me unless I supplied my address and the last four digits of my social. I told them I would not give them that info unless they told me what this was about. It took me asking about three times before they would even tell me the name of their company. They were immediately discourteous and rude and demanded this information before they would tell me what this was regarding. I refused to give them any of my personal info until they told me what this was regarding and they refused and I refused to give them any info.I have no idea what they wanted and told them I would be contacting the FCC because this sounded like phone fraud.
I figured they were a collection agency and I'm even more suspicious of their activities because I'm fairly certain I have nothing in collection. I was having trouble hearing them because of bad cell reception and they had no patience for that and got very rude when I had to ask them to repeat themselves. I refused to give them any info and they hung up. They sound like scammers of some sort and I will refuse to give them any info. I will also be contacting the FCC about this. Will not stop Calling and I am not the debtor!
This company has an automated system that calls my house every other day asking for someone I do not know. The number has belonged to my residence for almost eight years. We have followed there instructions to have our number removed multipule times yet we still are receiving calls every other day!
Tonight we called them back, once again, inform them that Mr. Brady does not live, nor has he ever in the last eight years, lived at this number. Not sure the correct number was dialed, I hung up and replayed my message and was redialing when the phone rang. It was them calling back. The person from ER Solutions was more concerned with the fact that I had hung up on him, than the fact that the company was continually phoning a wrong number. He in fact in turn hung up on me.
When I called back to insure, as much as possible, that they would remove my number from their system and of course to lodge a complaint for being hung up on they same person answered. He stated that he hung up on me just as I had to him. Now that is a true professional! He also stated that he had removed my number from the data base.
I have heard that before. Now I begin the waiting game. Will they or won't they call again?

Harassment
I have been harassed by the computerized calls from Er Solutions as they have been attempting to collect a debt from a person that I assume used to have my phone number. I have had this phone number for a month and these calls just started. When they called today, I answered the phone and listened to the automated message in hopes of getting a hold of a rep to tell them I was not the person they are trying to reach. Well the message lead to nothing but continual repeating and eventually ended. So I called the number and was quickly connected to a person, I told her I was being harassed by the automated messages and I am not the person they are trying to reach. She responded quickly and rudely with, "Okay we'll take it off" and HUNG UP on me. She didn't even ask for the number, so I hope that they have caller ID because I better not get another call from these people.

Rude and Evasive
I checked my Caller I.D. and found that a company by the name of ER Solutions has called my house numerous times. One message was left for a number to be called back (877-371-3188). When I called the company, they tell me that they are looking for my mother who I advised had passed away. The lady just said "o.k." without saying anything else. I asked her what company she represented and she stated ER Solutions. "NO DUMMY" what company are you contacting me about, and she said nothing. I told her again that my mother passed away and she said that I needed to send a Death Certificate and other pertinent information. I said that I wasn't sending ANYTHING unless I knew what company this collection debt was for. She then said GOODBYE THEN!!! I have never heard of a company trying to collect a debt, ask for information that NO ONE would give out unless they know who they are dealing with, and then hanging up abruptly. Whoever works for this company...DESPERATELY NEEDS A JOB because I couldn't work for a company that doesn't have integrity or morals.

Incredibly rude stupid associates
My son ran up his Verizon bill and since he was on my plan, even though he had a separte bill and eventually his own line of service, ER Solutions has come after me. They are absolutely stupid. They claim to have all taken training. I wonder what the class was titled, Stupidity 101 or perhaps How to Lose Friends and Make Enemies?
We have requested that they send us a copy of an invoice showing the account information and the amount owing. They won't do that but instead accuse us of trying to make excuses to not pay the bill. I am a bit old school and if it isn't on paper it didn't happen.
These people are rude beyond measure. I offered to settle the debt with them and they refused my offer. I am in a position to wait them out. I do not do anything with credit cards or credit so my "credit rating" is not important to me. I can wait them out if I choose to.
I will probably pay the bill because I think that is what we should do. Technically the bill is my responsibility even though I did nothing to incur the debt. I simply wish that these people were not so rude..they even use the four letter word when they are mad. They cuss like a drunken sailor. I have never heard anything like these potty mouts. I have been called an ***hole by one of their, get this, women collectors. This company should be run out of business, they certainly have broken every rule that governs that industry.

I have asked them to stop calling and they just continue EVERY DAY!
What can I do?

Continuous Robo-Calls for a Non-Existant Person
It started shortly after getting a new CELL phone and forgetting to put my number under unlisted. The calls come in once, sometimes twice every two to four days apart. The Call for the most part leaves a Voice Mail seeings how I don't answer the phone EVER when I see this name pop up on Caller ID. The Voice mail always has a British Accent Female Robotic Voice that starts with a Hello, and My number is... Then an automated Voice stating a name is played shortly after the number, the Automated voice speaking the name is so jumbled, there is NO WAY any one would be able to make out a true real name, there for if you are unaware of the trick, you will call back to see if it is indeed your name being said. DON'T CALL BACK. Call you phone service provider and just have the Number blocked. That is the best and perhaps the only thing that you can do with little effort. I have ended up having the number blocked on my cellular service. Be Careful Out there!
