I had received a letter from these people a week ago at my moms address which i havent lived there in over 3 years. well i called the number and once i realized that it was a company i dealt with last year for the same debt. which the bank says i don't have. well i gave the bank info in order to fax paper work to e r solutions which now i am finding out they didnt or it got lost somewere. well when i tried to explain this to this lady on the phone she proceeded to tell me she didn't care to hear what i had to say that i had a debt that i was refusing to pay and that she would see me in court. well when i tried to tell her to let me talk she refused and said that she had said all she wanted to say. i even tried to get e r solutions fax number and a ddr number so i could send proof that i didnt owe. and that i pay my bills i dont have any debts. i have 3 kids i dont have money for credit cards that if i don't have cash money for something i don't buy it. she couldn't even give me any info in regards to my collections account. well if you want me to either proof i don't have such collection or to pay on it if i do then how am i suppose to without any info?? i understand people have bad days but are you serious? are these people okay talking to others with such disrespect? how the *** do you sleep at night?

I was contacted by a very rude lady from E R Solutions about a debt with a cell phone company. I was not aware that there was an outstanding balance. She offered to make arrangements, pay some by the end of this month and the rest next month.

I was not sure when I could make a payment, she asked if I needed a call back and I asked if I could be contacted next week, not realizing next week was the end of the month. The rude rep became extremely aggressive and actually accused me of not wanting to pay the bill.

I told her I did not appreciate being called a liar, which she says I took the wrong way. She continued being aggressive, making derogatory remarks about me wanting to contact her the last week of the month, that it was a holiday (Thanksgiving) and that a lot of offices are closed for the majority of the week (?)

I told her I was going to request Monday, as Thanksgiving was not until Thursday. She continued spouting her tripe about offices being closed, at which point my wife took the phone and tore the rude rep a new one and hung up. I understand this is a collection agency but the heavy-handed tactics are not always necessary - rudeness is never necessary.

If I spoke to people that way on my job, I would get my a** handed to me. Maybe if they weren't so rude and aggressive they wouldn't get yelled at as much.

These people are beyond all comprehension. I have furnished them with updated and correct information and they still pursue me. They told me that they were going to send me a kit that (once filled out) would allow them to take me off their lists. They are working on behalf of Qwest out of Utah. A real sub level telecommunications company. Its an identity theft case and I have sent them a case number from the local authorties and still they persist. They had the nerve to send me a notice instead of what they promised. They have no integrity...!

About 3 months ago I got a little over my head in my finances, and I was forced to overdraw my checking account for an emergency. I was in the red $300 Max, probably much less. I received a letter from BOA (the bank I overdrew from) stating that They are closing my account, and that they will send me my remaining balance if there is one, or I need to pay the balance due, if there is any. The letter did not state amounts, and did not specify a date the payment was due. So, now, 3 months later, I get a call from ER Solutions. I explain that I am a full time student, and only work on Saturday and Sunday...blah blah blah, explaining my situation. This lady Jacelyn, then asks me if my Mother LEAVES HER CREDIT CARDS OR CHECKBOOKS AROUND. I say why would you ask that? Oh, WELL IF YOU CAN FIND ONE OF THOSE TWO THINGS, THIS ISSUE CAN BE RESOLVED RIGHT NOW!!!

Wow...is that not both unethical and ILLEGAL?>???

They called and I missed it. So, I called back. The woman ATTACKED me verbally after verifying who I was, about my Verizon bill. I had disputed it in June with ER Solutions. When she asked how I was going to pay it, I explained I was unemployed at the moment and my mortgage came first. Guess what? She told me obviously I was irresponsible and lazy and should have paid the bill when I was employed. Then, when I told her I was making sure my mortgage was paid first so my kids were not homeless she told me I should have and I obviously had a problem being responsible and I was lying and everything I told her was silly and childish. I tried to be pleasant as I am with everyone on the phone but she was SO mean I finaly said see ya and hung up. !!!
