No clue as to what this is? Plz advise smb!

This number calls me cell phone occasionally but I don't answer if I don't know the number...well they called my neighbor, whom I barely know to find me...if they would leave a message maybe I would call back. I am pretty disgusted at this type of practice.

ER solutions calling asking for me and before telling me what they want, asking to confirm my social security number. When I told her I wanted to know what this is regarding that it is not prudent to give my social or any part if it over the phone to a stranger, she raised her voice very unprofessionally to speak over me and said she has to verify that I say who I am before she will discuss anything with me. When I told her I wouldn't she hung up. She was very confrontational when I was actually very polite.

I am going to contact them and ask them not to call me anymore, to just send me the info. i will submit another complaint if they don't comply.

I am a recent victim of ER Solutions. I received a letter today (April 23, 2008) regarding a debt for someone with my same name. They said that I owe a health club over $3000. However, I've made all my payment to the health club and found it puzzling. The agent I spoke to was very condescending and rude. He did not care to hear my explanation but instead laughed what I had to say and belittled me. The agent also informed me that this debt was hurting my credit score and told me it was at the lower 500s. Needless to say, I was in awe at his behavior and floored at the treatment I was receiving. I therefore, made phone calls to the health club and after some research and investigating, I found out that I share an exact name with someone else. This person's account is the one in collections and I was getting her mail. I asked for payment history on my account and will use it as evidence when I dispute my claim to ER Solutions and their parent company, CRI. I also went to retrieve my credit score and reports from all 3 credit bureaus and found that there were NOT any late payments nor defaulted accounts on my credit report as stated by the previous agent for this health club as ER Solutions has accused me of.

I will be writing a long, lengthy dispute letter to ER Solutions, their parent company, CRI, and senior management. I am astounded by the behavior and actions of these people. Their lack of class and professionalism towards their clients is disgusting. With this kind of disrespectful and distasteful attitude, how can they expect a cooperating response from clients who do actually owe them money? If this is the behavior of the agents, what kind of people are senior management?

ER Solutions staff continues to call our office to locate individual by the name of Matt Donavan. All calls are from rude individuals who have been asked to seize calls to our business due to no individual working here presently or in the past with the name Matt Donavan. Representatives from ER Solutions conduct themselves rudely in loud voices and unprofessional comments. Training needed by all staff recommended an immediate stop call to our location.
