I bought a set of pans for around $2, 000 and the am having problems with the handles. These pans are supposed to be lifetime guaranteed, but they only cover the base not the handles. I have not used these pans in any unusual way, so I think it is ridiculous that within 5 years I am already having problems with the handles and may have to pay for them. I have to send a pan in for them to check over and then if they think it is my fault I will still have to pay for the replacement parts. I also have to pay for the shipping to send the pan to them. I will not buy any more of their products ever again!
