voice mail
im getting charged for a sevice i didnt authorize i want a full refund of all chrges from the daye they started!!! i am very very upset!! i am a disabled mother of two children and am on very very strict budget i cant afford to be ripped off like this!! please give me a refund aSAP!!! Overcharged
On my July Verizon invoice I noticed an item (fake)for Voice Mail and called immediately to Verizon and challenged the $12.95 plus taxes charge they had placed on the bill. I was told to call ESBI which I could find listed on page 4 in the bill papers. However they set me over them after my request. During the "set over" line went dead so I found page four and called. Talked to a person who identified herself as "Michelle" and after my complaint that I had never ordered any Voice mail from them and that demanded removal of my name from any paper or information that had and that I wanted full refund ASAP. She said she would remove me from their "account" (obviously fake) immediately and provide me (Verizon) the refund within 2 billing cycles. However I was told to pay the Verizon bill in full since they (ESBI) could not authorize deduction on the Verizon bill. "Result", I got the August Verizon bill with the same charge yesterday and no refund. This is crazy, specifically that I now find out all the scam complaints that has been lodged AND FCC not taking any action against this operation. I guess a complaint to the MD Attorney General has to be launched if I do not get this cleared. Since I write this in the middle of the night I will call ESBI tomorrow and "read them the riot act".

Unauthorized Billing
I received a phone bill that had charges from ESBI for 14.95. When I called them they said I someone named John Jacob ordered Intellicom Messaging service. I told them that there is no one named John Jacob that I know of. They said they were going to credit me and cancel the service, time will tell.

False monthly phone charges
I had unauthorized monthly charges added to my phone bill.
They said they would never do that but I see that it has been reported many times. FYI - ESBI phone number is 800-460-0078

Unauthorized charges to phone bill
Discovered an unauthorized recurring charge of $14.95 billed to my phone service.
Phone service provider removed the charges and blocked ESBI from placing additional charges.
But phone companies cannot block all 3rd party providers and they are rquired by law to give access to their billing system.
!!!
If you find an unauthorized charge, call the phone company to remove the charges, block the billing by ESBI and please file a complaint with the FTC (most important)!

Unauthorized Charges
This company has scam so many people, I look on the web there are so many complaints about this company. It charged to my mom bill for $14.95 for the unknown services that my mom does not know about. My mom is an elderly woman who live in Adult Foster Care and don't speak English. This company took an advantage of my mom.

Unauthorized charges
ESBI said they would cancel the service. I told them I have never heard of them, did not authorize this charge and did not sign up for any such service ever. I asked for immediate reversal of charge and credit to verizon. ESBI said service is canceled and hung up. I called ESBI again, I again asked for credit reversal of the charge, ESBI said I had already called in and the account was canceled. I said that this does not answer the question: When can I expect immediate reversal credit of the charge to Verizon telephone. ESBI said they will not credit. I informed them again, I did not sign up for service or authorize this charge, I will not pay this charge and I will report as SLAMMING.

unauthorized charge
On June 29, 2009 I received my At&t phone bill which had another bill from ESBI which was for charges from a company called Email Discounts LLC which I never heard of. I contacted them (E-mail Discounts) & told them to take the charge off my bill they said they would, but I needed to give them an e-mail for confirmation which I did. I never received confirmation.
I contacted AT&T and they told me they couldn't prevent third party billers. I never ordered the service I'm being billed for. I asked AT&T to block the transaction and they said the only thing they could do is put it as a disputed charge. If I put a block on the account I couldn't get a credit and it would show up as an unpaid charge.
I don't know how this company ESBI can put charges for things that weren't ordered.

I am charge 14.95 a month for the last 4 month in my phone bill for this services I never use. I am looking for the way to sue this company.

False Charge
Hello Sir/Madam:
ESBI keeps on charging me for voicemail services which I never requested every five or six months. I call them every time I receive a bill from them to credit my account and close it permanently. ESBI credits my account but does not close my account permanently as I have requested. I have never applied for voicemail services and I do not need one.
