Unauthorized billing
I am being charged for services that I did not apply for and the phone numbers that are listed for the company billing is not in service 1-800-660-6574. This is the first time that these charges have appeared on my bill and they are unavailable for a response or cancellation of services.

they charge $14.95 plus taxes
The charged my Verizon bill and said that someone went to a survey site and ask for this service provide by ESBI.
First of all, I tried to find out what services I paid and I did not find!
Second they were very fast to accept to cancel this, but they told me it will take 2 or 3 month ( bills) for that.
The best way to resolve this is not to pay the ESBI amount.

billing us for something we did not order or ask for
This company has added $15.25 to our phone bill for the month of Sept and Oct. and we did not ask for this service or for these charges, and we can find no way of removing them nor can we find a phone # to call them. AT&T has no info on them and told me I must Google them to try and remove them from my phone bill and get credit for the charges I am fighting now. Please Help!!! Thank You

Bad service
This company BillView charges a price for telephone services that I did not order. I have NO idea how they got my unlisted phone number and certainly did not want their services for $12.95 a month. I didn't even know until today when I talked to a Windstream customer representative. Please stop this company.

Fraudulant Charges on my At&T bill
Two charges showed up on my At&T bill totaling 27.90 I have no idea what this is and I never authorized it. It appears as follows:
Key Club Savings, LLC-Voicmail Mthly fee 14.95
My voicmail NTWRK, INC-VMAIL MTHY FEE 12.95
This is why I do not automatically pay my bills, I pay them after I review them. I will not pay this portion of my bill and it will not effect my phone service. But, try to get ahold of these crooks... they have phone numbers but they don't answer. EBSI acts like a clearing house for other business to rip you off. AT&T better stop letting people add charges to our bills... these days it is to easy to go with another company who doesn't allow these practices.

Fraud
I was charged on my AT&T phone bill $15.70 for email service from ESBI, which I have never heard of and obviously never signed up for it. Someone is scamming is us. They should be investigated & put out of business.

THIS ESBI ETS HAS CHARGED MY BILL TWICE NOW. THIS WAS NEVER AUTHORIZED AND WHO ARE THEY?

Terrible experience
Just got the Verizon bill with a $21.35 charge from Internet Bus Advisors, billed thru ESBI!!! for a monthly web hosting service... that would be fine if i had a stinking web site!!! Just filled out a complaint to the FTC. will call VERIZON monday and start screaming!!!
I'm supposed to have a block on my number, from getting Slammed by SPRINT years ago!!! I read about the FTC going after them a few years back, i mean talk about balls!!! to start up again... like i don't have enough stuff to deal with, i have to deal with lying cheating SCUM too!!!

voice mail charges unauthorized
I was charged on my land phone (Frontier). I called they said I ordered voice mail. I did not do that.$14.95 for what? They cant get away with this. Barbara Bajorek

Unauthorized billing
Esbi billed me for two months of "service" that I had not signed up for. I don't know how or why they have my information but verizon wasn't able to do a thing for me and when I called their billing department I was on the phone with some type of child who had no manners or rather did he care for the way I felt about the situation. Very rude people, they get their kicks on riping us off. Now when I called they stated that I would be refunded in 2 yes 2 billing cycles, believe that I'll be waiting for my refund!
