	Nissenson October 26, 2010 slamming We have been slammed month after month by this company (sometimes masquerading under other names). Mysterious $14.95 charges appear under the section of our Verizon bill marked "Enhanced Services Summary." Complaints to Verizon are useless. They insist we must handle it through ESBI. Good luck with that!
	ansgran November 28, 2009 Unauthorized charges to phone bill ESBI, on behalf of United Comm Link, charged $14.95 ($15.70 w/taxes) for unauthorized voicemail services to my telephone bill.
