Scammed
Yes I too was scammed by this punk. Placed an order for a consumer electronics accessory. He took the money just fine but never sent a confirmation nor answered the telephone number listed at there bogus website. To contact them there is not an email address but rather the method used is yahoo messenger or AOL's aim. Which is somewhat like texting on your cell phone. Right away I was concerned about this flakey way of doing business.

As mentioned I tried several times to make contact to no avail. So instead of continuing going nowhere with this chump I went to my bank and contested the charge on the card.

Save your breath and your time and avoid this scamster.

Bad service
It's quite simple. This so-called company is a total FRAUD & SCAM. They claim to sell items like anyone else on the internet. Take payments by all the normal methods but the only difference is once they collect your money they NEVER ship you anything.

They conveniently have no phone number listed or available anywhere. You can search all you want but all you'll ever find is an address listed for them. I'm willing to bet it's a vacant office space is all. Not exactly sure why they do list a fax number though.

I should go ahead now & stop saying they because I believe it to be one person only. All the replies I got from the "Contact Us" had to be from the same jerk. The 1st 3 replies all said the same thing almost exactly when I messaged asking for the tracking number of my order since the only "Order Status" that ever shows on their website is "Payment Received". This was the 1st reply I got "We have requested the shipping info from the manufacturers distributor and we will let you know what we hear back from them. Please give us a couple business days to respond as we have to wait to hear back from them and we see a thousand emails a day." I told them in my 2nd message that with as long as my order is taking I can see why they get 1000 emails a day. At this point it was getting to be about a week since I had placed the order. I live in Texas so no matter where anything ships from it doesn't take long to get here. So I reply to the email a couple of days later & it goes ignored. I send another message online & he replies "We have (once again) requested the shipping info from the manufacturers distributor and we will let you know what we hear back from them. Please give us a couple business days to respond as we have to wait to hear back from them and we see a thousand emails a day.". Sound familiar. I reply back again asking again for the additional information I had been. I asked for a phone number to talk to a manager & said that I would at least expect a refund back for the shipping charges.

I had ordered the HONEYWELL HY-048BP Digital Tower Fan with Ionizer from them so I just decided instead to get it quicker & for about the same price & ordered it from a REAL company instead "iAllergy". It's only going to take 2-4 days to get here.

Before doing that I went ahead & opened a dispute with PayPal, if I had used my bank card I could have just had the bank do a charge back to him for non-delivery. Then I get a couple of emails from him saying other things finally. This is the 1st one:
"We didn't provide a phone number because we aren't going to."

"We aren't going to give you any discount because we aren't going to."

"What we will do is let you know what we hear back from the manufacturers
distributor as soon as we do."

The 2nd email:
"Hello...

"I will assure we read all messages and we respond with what we have to say."

"What we can guarantee you is if you are sending multiple messages you be at
the bottom of the reply list of the few thousand emails we see a day."

Thank you, (for not responding again until we do)"

Nice & rude, how can take any longer to reply then he has been...lol
Now you see what I mean about it sounding like the same person though I hope. Sorry for long message I just wanted everyone to have all the details & facts to keep anyone else from having to deal with them in the future.

An hour after this last email he just made one comment saying the same thing about checking with the mfg warehouse, on the PayPal dispute, then closed it & refunded my money. After that he just canceled the order. So I guess he knew the whole time that it never had shipped to me & this was now 10 days after placing & paying for the order... BEWARE, Robert
