Here is how it works:
1. Customer places an order.
2. Product does not arrive right away.
3. Customer sends email (phone number does not work) asking when product will arrive.
4. "[email protected]" replies that they need to check with their manufacturer’s distributor.
5. After several days, "[email protected]" replies that the product is on back-order and will arrive within the month.
6. After a month passes with no delivery, Customer sends email (phone number does not work) asking when product will arrive.
7. "[email protected]" replies that they need to check with their manufacturer’s distributor.
8. After several days, "[email protected]" replies that the product is on back-order and will arrive within the month.
9. After a second month passes with no delivery, Customer sends a second email (phone number does not work) asking when product will arrive.
10. "[email protected]" replies that they need to check with their manufacturer’s distributor.
11. After several days, "[email protected]" replies that the product is on back-order and will arrive within the month.
12. Customer sends email requesting a refund.
13. "[email protected]" replies that product had not shipped yet and the order was now cancelled.
14. Customer sends second email requesting a refund.
15. "[email protected]" replies that Customer needs to talk to Pay Pal about a refund.
16. Customer talks to Pay Pal and is told that refunds will not be granted if 45 days have passed since the order was placed (note that more than 60 days have passed due to the Sellers back-order delaying tactics).
