scammed by ESC store. I ordered a product, they took the money. Did not send confirmation, will not answer phone did not ship product.

If you want to give your money away to a classless fraud, ESC is the place for you. No customer service what so ever. I read it's not really a Company, they don't even publish their email address. Instead you have to send an instant message, how bubble gum.
