On 10-19-2010 I authorized via the web, a transaction #24801650280700037736690 to GETSMOKELESSNOW.COM 877-731-9991 AZ for $1.95. I received the starter kit and had no further contact with the merchant.

On 10/19/2010 I incurred a fraudulent transaction #24801650293700037738519 from GETSMOKELESSNOW.COM 877-731-9991 AZ for $99.95.

I called the number on the Visa bill several times over several days and got a voicemail response each time that voicemail was not available at this time. Please try again later. I was never able to contact a person associated with the merchant. I went to the getsmokelessnow website to register a dispute via internet. I received no reply.

On 11/04/2010 I incurred another fraudulent transaction #24801650309700037733975 from GETSMOKELESSNOW.COM 877-731-9991 AZ for $39.95.

The next day I received a package from the merchant and refused it via USPS. The return address on the package was esmokeless, PO Box 3040, Chandler AZ, 85244-3040. To this date, I have had no success in contacting the merchant. As a last resort, I Googled the esmokeless name on the return address of the package and discovered several other complaints against this same merchant for the same tactics. Here are the URL's

This appears to be a scam and once the person's credit card is known, the charges begin. I have put my Visa card in "Inactive status". If not resolved in 10 days, I will cancel my card.
