This is with regard to a mobile phone that I had purchased from their Goregaon store ( SV Road ) on 23.08.07. I had exchanged my Motorazor when I had purchased the above mentioned set.

Problem :
I was to get the contacts updated from my old phone ( Motorazor ) to the new one ( N73).
It was confirmed on the date of purchase that the contacts will be updated free of cost but on that day the technician was not available to do the same as he had to leave at 7.00pm. Even after visiting the store for more 6 times in 7 days the job is yet to be done.

Mr Thomas and Tejas is aware of my case. However they appear to be helpless as the technician makes round according to his convenience. On 28th when I went to the store the technician Mr Santosh Singh was present but wanted Rs 250.00 for the contact to be updated. It took quite sometime to make him understand that I was made to come so many times at the store and it was not my fault that the data transfer took so many days. finally he agreed to get the contacts done but was in a hurry to leave the store and wanted me to come on the next day 29.08.07 at 7.00pm.

On 29th I reached the store at 7.00pm to find Mr Santosh singh off for the day in spite of the fact that I had fixed a so called "appointment" for the same. Mr Thomas from the store was to get in touch today....
No prizes for guessing it right ... I have not recd the call till now.
