I was charged $16.95 by Essentials for Home (800)475-1942 and $16.95 from Value Plus (888)833-7279. I was finally able to reach Essentials for Home and customer service cancelled the "memberships" and refunded the money.
I have no idea how this happened, but I believe it was from an online order. Keep calling even if the line is busy, you'll eventually get through.
