Regarding Wrong Commitment of deactivation Internet service at Punjagutta branch Hyderabad...

I am, a Vodafone user in Hyderabad using no. 9052044487. A Telecaller Insists to activate the services of Internet which I refused her stating that As I have accesses Internet in an Office as well at home itself, why do I needed, readily she had manifested my problem later I astound she had activated ..

As I popped at Mehdipatnam Branch to reconcile the matter of over charged, after a little persuasion they have relinquished to been resolved the query…Further to discussion of misanthropist behavior I didn’t want to elongate the Matter, Does the appropriate way to behave with the customer, I felt that I’ve made of a bit blunder by taking bloody Vodafone services though I was ran short of time, I checked the bill and realized the Vodafone had diddled me out by Overcharged.

subsequently I drop in to see Andhra Pradesh Mr. Puthanjali Unfortunately he didn’t turn up to office I had met Customer Executive to sort the problem & I have perceived that a person would coming to resolving the issues be avoiding eventful day schedule.

Eventually they have registered my complain & promised to solve the problem in over 45 working hours than I agreed to pay the quid’s & had remitted 600/-out of 800/- they have been promised of 200/- would adjusted be in coming bill in the month of March 2010- later on I was getting irritate of lewd comments of the telecaller’s for due’s in the march 2010.

Although one day I reached to same office Punjagutta & Mr. Puthanjali came on light then I revealed entire things to him & I was sure that he could have handled it more sensitively but he pretend to solve the issue as soon as possible & couldn’t fulfilled his promises, again I pop in to his office he took granted for not coming office he is such a one berk, Subsequently I put a request through an email to him but he didn’t bother to revert back. Outgoing calls have been disconnected indispensable time, shut the fuck up activate my calls…Do the mangers would perform like this & how does he is been working most of freaking idiots are joined Vodafone …


They had been disturbing me in eventful schedules, Is this MNC company works? Don’t they have etiquette’s…? Excellent if Vodafone keeps going one day surely touches the sky soon….


Now, I wish to inform you that if can’t train your employees and control their behavior why should we use your service. And if I have to go to the police to teach your people some manners. then why should I not call the media also and seek legal redressal also.

I hope you take this matter seriously and take appropriate action.
