Do you really know whats in sephoras cosmetics?Be careful. - I can no longer be silent about the parent company of this website. I work at the company and i have always been known as a person of integrity & honesty and thus i can no longer in good faith continue to produce products that are intentionally below the quality that we are making. A company that is fda certified, we have no system in place that the fda has required us to for being clean or bacteria free. A company that has reduced the manufacturing staff to such a low number that there are very serious product mistakes being made daily and customers are not told. What type of lab do you know that makes quality control sample reviews without any proper equipment and a building that does not even have any pollution or contamination controls in place? One of the number one products (shea butter) we have made in past years has been faulty for almost a year now and the lead lab tech can't fix it. The company fires the staff that bring up questions of proper scientific or production practices.

When you purchase a cosmetic product from this company you assume that it was produced honestly and scientifically. I will not go into customers names at this time as i believe in a higher order but you have to be really careful if you buy products manufactured by this company.

I pray that this gets to someone and pressure is placed on the owners of the company and the right decisions are made to stop the bleeding as a company and we stop loosing employees and i can say with total faith we are not lying any longer to our customers and the consumer that ends up purchasing and using the products.
