If you require an ESTA form which is for trips to the USA without a visa be very careful where you apply. Google bring this site up at the top of the search and in fact its a CON. They try and charge $40 for something that costs nothing directly from the US Embassy site.

No doubt there are many more but surely Google had some responsibilty to minitor these sites. Of course getting through to Google is another matter...its easy to talk directly to Harry Potter!!!
