Ive been a consistent member of LA Fitness for over 8 years. Every year I paid per year on time.
In this past year Ive had to travel more then usual and have not been near a LA fitness facility as often until recently. A few weeks ago i make it into a facility on Welshire and checked in as i have in the past years. I'm already working out with a friend and suddenly I am rudely interrupted and told to come to the front desk. The women there tells me that I have to leave because my membership has expired. I had no knowledge of this. being that Ive been to a few others in the last few months and was not told a thing. she not only was very rude and unprofessional she also embarrassed me in front of others. I said even though I had no information of this i would go ahead and renew it there with her. And she said no it could not be done that it was too late.
Something has to be done..Specially being a member after so many years.
