Sub: Issue SBI Auto Card
Dear Sir,
With reference to your letter dated 23.07.2009 enclosed herewith for your immediate consideration. You have informed me that arrangement between Citibank and Maruti Suzuki India Limited with respect to issuance and service to Maruti Suzuki auto card has come to an end and card shall have to withdrawn w.e.f. 31.08.2009 Auto Card. You also mentioned in this letter that your unused point would be transferred to a new Maruti loyalty program. Maruti will get in touch shortly.
Further I was received another letter from your company regarding inform that Maruti Suzuki has now partnered SBI Card India’s leading and most trusted credit card issuer to offer you host of executing feature, benefits and loyalty rewards on your spend. Copy of letter is enclosed herewith.
When I could not get any response from your company. I am regret to inform you that I had approached your nearest dealer M/s Vipul Motors Limited, Faridabad for issue new SBI Auto Card dated 15/02/2010 they have give me some application and related document to me which was furnished at spot and handed over to the executive concerned. After 15 days I could not received any information from the Bank as well as Dealer I again approach dealer and met with Sr. General Manager Mr. S. Mohnti, he tolled me we will depute some one to short out year problem but problem still pending.
Further I had lodged complained to you call centre, Complained No are 500636876 dated 15/03/2010 attainder was Ms. Nidhi, 9943453448 dated 15/04/2010 and 11941149488 dated 22/06/2010 attainder was Ms. Neha.
I am surprised that a multinational company working is so poor no body will be ready to short out my problem from past eight month.
I am associated from your company since 2000 and recommending two or three vehicle of your brand to my friend and relative every year. Latest on my recommendation Mrs. Darshan Jain, Bania Wada Ballabgarh, was purchased Wagon –R from your Faridabad Dealer M/s Vipul Motors on dated 24.09.2010.
I have 1528 point still pending for redemption copy of statement is also enclosed.
Please look in to the matter priority basis otherwise we will take necessary action against your company for harassment.
