Very Surprisingly and Upset that the mentioned Fedex Tracking # 869148118566 WAS picked up dated 29th Jan. and is still stuck in Custom as at to date 17th FEB 2010 !!!

We are not being inform on this and Fedex Dont have the courtesy to call to acknowledge the shipper pertaining this matter !! WORST part was that end user in Kalispell calling to inform pertaiing this !!!

Person that suppose to deal / calling to inform on this named SITI / Douglas should there be any shipments being hold at custom... It has been coming to 3 weeks and we still dont hear any phone calls to inform us on this ..Instead customer calling to inform FEDEX !!!
