Bad service

WE LEGALLY SCREW U...Is what this co. should be named. I am one of many who have been legally screwed by etech. I won't go into all details, only that after no shipment of order(08/18/03)only (2)responses(in which co.stalled)falsely promising the return of my money to over ten email inquiries, charging of my creditcard AFTER ORDER CANCILLATION, hoping to recieve some kind of mediation by reporting the illegal practices of e-tech to the BBB, only to recieve thier responce of, I qoute"As you are aware, the BBB has been pursuing the mediation of your complaint. Unfortunately, we have not been able to effect a satisfactory resolution. Your complaint has been closed on a dissatisfied note and will remain a part of the bureau's file information on the firm." So if you've got money to burn, please send it to me insted of E-tech, at least you'll recieve a ThankYou reply from me!
