I'd applied for an internet connection with these guys. Its been over a month and I've been calling in about every other day to inquire about my connection. They keep telling me that they've run out of ports and are installing new ones for the area. Why couldn't they have installed them beforehand?! Its not so hard to figure out that your running out of ports and you'll soon need new ones for new customers, right?!
The main problem with these guys is that they've monopolized the market and I've got no alternative but to sit and wait. I'd filed an official complaint with them about 3 weeks back and still haven't heard a word about about it from anyone at Etisalat.
I don't know how much longer will I have to wait just to get internet at my place in one the richest countries on the planet. These guys are ranked 444th by Forbes among the richest corporations in the world and don't give a rats bottom about their customers.
