This is with reference to the news "Etisalat Customer Care Centre achieves ISO 27001:2005 Certificate".
I was trying to contact Etisalat Customer care number 101 for the last 48 Hours continuosly, to report the faults to my E-vision account. Untill now nobody has answered the phone and still continuing the fault.
I am just wondering that on what basis this customer care got ISO certification.
As there is no other contact number for customer service, I have to go to Etisalat office to report the fault.
Unfortunatly there is no complait box in Etisalat Website.
