Kindly check the amount due prior to payment and the payment amount. I made a complete payment of 1496.80 AED on May 10 2011 and Today I am having a bill of 1266 for effectively 2 months.
I cant understand the logic behind this. Kindly explain the things and reverse the extra charges.
I cant climb the stairs of your Business center for this purpose as I work 8 AM - 7 PM Sunday to Thursday.

No responce from Etisalat
I own an Etisalat Evision Triple play, and i have basic asian channe list. But since 1 month of my subscription the television has stopped working and i have no channles receving. But surprisingly I have posted complaint for more than 4 times and they have response me ONLY twice. Also when they send there technician they just check and say we will follow up, but I am SURE THAT THEY HAVE NEVER FOLLOWED UP MY COMPLAINT. On the phone 101 etisalat have just not repond me very well. I now dont feel glad of having etisalat.

Unacceptable Billing
I was contacted by etisalat three months ago about an amount that is due on a landline number they said that i owned. However, i never owned a landline in Abu Dhabi. The name of the person is the same but the father's name and POBOX are different. After thinking that the matter has been clarified, i was surprised last month to see an amount of 1778Dhs charged on my mobile bill. After contacting the call center they told me that i need to visit the nearest etisalat service center. i did and the representative told me that it was a mistake because there was a guy with the same name owing the amount for his landline (the same subject considered closed 3 months ago). eventually he asked me to file a complaint and i did and when i asked him for a reference number, he simply said :"no need" he gave me a number to call for follow up. one month passed and the amount is still showing on my bill and now Etisalat placed a barring on my outgoing calls, i tried to call the guy on the number which he gave me but apparently no body wants to answer. i called the call center and they simply said their famous answer : you need to visit the closest service center, and the problem remains, now i have my phone disconnected for a problem that i did not make!

NON DELIVERY
A courier has been dispatched from the Faridabad to the address Mohd Juved Khan, 356/225/269 Ashok nagar shivajipuram, Rajajipuram Lucknow -17, an executive gave me a call one week before for confirming the address and then neither called me again nor delivered the Courier.
this is leading to height of disatisfaction to me. i am feeling very hard to trust the delivery from DTDC.
kindly look into the matter seriously. or let me know that should i esclate this issue further.
please revert ASAP.

Fraud Call on behalf of Etisalt
Dear All,
I, Hiren Gandhi (My Mobile no. is 0506741930) want to send one information & requesting to take necessary action.
My Wife, Ketki Hiren Gandhi got a one phone call on her mobile from the Fraud Caller whose mobile no. was 0504912883 on yesterday at 3.26 p.m. telling that you won a AED 200K Lottery from Etisalat & he asked to verify the SIM Card No. 89971122 by Switching Of the Phone. He called again at 3.35 p.m. from Same No. (i.e. 0504912883) & told that his name is Rehan Patel & he is doing job in Etisalat. He was very clever & he put psychological pressure on my wife & some emotional pressure also & he convinced my wife to get the AED 700 Etisalat Recharge Voucher & Give the PIN No. to him as a surety for Encashment of Lottery amount from UAE Exchange. He was threatening to my wife that she has to keep continue to talk with him & do not inform anything to any one. The Call was continue from 3.35 p.m. to 5.50 p.m. & In-between my wife called me also by putting his phone on hold according to his instruction & he pick up my phone also. I think that he was observing all our communication & he informed to my wife to tell lie to me that my Son got injury & she need money. He told to my wife to give surprise to me when I returned to home. When I came to home at 5.30 p.m. I got the Idea that this call is Fraud & I informed to Dubai Police on 901 & CID Police on 042036341. That time the call was continue & I also insist Etisalt Customer Care to trace the Callers.But No body trace the phone. During this period he told us to send 1350 AED through Western Union & then after he will give us the Secret No. for Money Transfer. I cut the phone at @5.50 p.m. & told him that we are not interested.
Meanwhile he recharged all the Recharge Vouchers between 4.30 p.m. to 5.50 p.m. Please find below the Recharge Voucher SR. NO. & PIN No. for your reference.

I am confirming that this is purely mistake of my wife as she is innocent & she came first time in Dubai in last month. She was in impression that there is no crime, fraud & Cheating in UAE & if any body try to do any crime then the punishment is very rude.

Mobile Broadband
As a customer, i think i have the right to know why i received a message today saying, "Your GSM Amount has reached Dhs 5115.75
For continuation of service please pay this amount at the earliest.
For call details contact nearest Etisalat Office"
When i went to Etisalat Office in Sharjah (Al Manakah) to ask for an explanation they are saying i have to wait till the end of this month for the bill to be generated. When i myself can check the status of my data usage by sending DATA sms to 1010 and it shows as on today the usage is 287 MB only. I bought the mobile broadband device (7.3 Mbps Speed) with data plan of AED 145 per month for One GB (2GB for first two months) on April 2, 2011 and only used it for three days that to only for (not more than) 4 hours in total. (To my astonishment, at any given point of time, the speed was not more than 3 Mbps - Checked it several times using Speedtest.net and other testing methods)
In my computer system itself, i can see the usage data with the amount of data transfered in MB for each session logged in and logged out. The irony part of Etisalat customer service is that including the Manager in the Etisalat do not know how to sort out the customer problems and issues. They are saying that they can not check the details and also not ready to see the details in my laptop and further refusing to accept the complaint or cancel the service completely and refund the amount.
I would like to know what type of system is this where by giving a
wrong sms to the customer and refusing to accept complaint or resolve
the issue? How do i trust Etisalat service and continue with it? I
would like to take up this issue with customer redressal forum or through legal ways to find a solution for common man protection and compensation. I have switched off my mobile and stopped using the
broadband service and waiting for a solution. The problem is still continuing without any solution.
I need justice for my case and also request Etisalat and other legal experts to look into the matter of Customer Service in a serious manner.

Availability & services
I am 1 of the subscriber of this huge company in UAE for 5yrs..Suddenly I'm planning to get an iPhone 4 for they're offering a plan for it.So I decided to go with they'r respective outlets to check if there's an available iPhone. Sad to say there is no available mobile and if i ask when it would be available or when they can receive it they can not even give an INFORMATION!!! So I'm only wasting my money to go with there outlets but I can't get anything!
ONE MORE RIDICULOUS THING IS THEY'RE GIVING THE TELEPHONE NUMBERS FOR THE OUTLETS BUT NO ONE IS ANSWERING FOR THOSE OUTLETS!!!HOW COME IT HAPPENED????I WILL START TO CALL FROM MORNING UP TO THE LAST HOUR OF THERE TIME BUT EVEN ONCE NO ONE PICKED UP MY CALL...FROM CITY CENTER SHARJAH, MEGAMALL, SAHARA CENTER AND EVEN IN SHARJAH AIRPORT THEY ARE NOT ATTENDING THE CALLS...ARE THEY MAKING ME STUPID???ONE TIME I TRIED TO CALL AGAIN AND THE LINE IS BUSY FROM SAHARA CENTER AND MEGAMALL, WHEN IT RANG AGAIN..THEY ARE NOT PICKING IT UP!!! SO WHAT IS THE USE OF THAT PHONE????????????A DECOR FROM THERE OUTLETS???

horrible service
first of all, etisalat have no absolute respect for customers, they service is downright crap, and deserves to be recognized for the disgusting service. The technician came in 4 days ago and still my 'e-life' package which i payed for is still not working. I have phoned many times, and all i get is 'we are trying' or 'today at 10:00 pm', or they put you on hold for hours (honestly hours). This is the worst government based company i have witnessed in my entire life. 'CRAP' is best to describe such arrogant, untruthful and uncaring people, especially the ones over the phones. ETISALAT IS TERRIBLE, really, really terrible.

FULL OF CRAP
It's been more than a month and ETISALAT has still not connected the services. Every time I call they say they will get back to me. I will not recommend them to anyone.. Disgusting, poor customer Service..really disappointed.
