I applied 3 times now for new elife connection a month back but still etisalat has lived upto their reputation of being ignorant to their customers. 2 of my applications was cancelled due to their technical fault, server error and what not as told by them. Now 3rd one also they arent taking seriously only cause they know it very well that it wont harm them if we suffer. Now they say the device & router is out of stock. Multi-billion company is not able to serve their customers properly then they should close down or let other telecom agency enter UAE markets. No matter how many times now I have visited thier office or call 101 who answers only after 20 mins of hold time, they are still ignoring me. Its been more than 45 days now i am waiting for my connection whereas Etisalat promises within 5 working days the elife is installed in our home which is false & they are liars. I wish there was some other telecom agency to complete with etisalat and show them the customer importance.
