I purchased 24 doors from ETO Doors of which 4 have shifted/shrunk so that large gaps have developed. This allows you to see through the door. All24 doors have moved significantly after staining and sealing and hanging requiring refinishing of all doors. The owner Oren Cohen inspected the doors and claimed they were improperly sealed and that all of his doors would tend to warp or shrink if not immediately and completely sealed. Other door manufacturers that I have queried have claimed such sealing would cause these improperly dried (ETO mahogany) or "wet wood" doors to warp and crack. Oren Cohen and ETO doors claim no responsibility for their defective product. After being burned by this company I asked around and found this to be a frequent and common complaint with this company and their paneled doors. They fail to take any responsibility for their defective product and always blame the installer, finisher or owner.
