Scam
Scammed into buying 2 packages, received refunds for them but was told have 2 purchases but not given any information to what they are. Called an idiot because refused to buy package and told that if I can feed my kids I can come up with $99

False Promises
This company will lie to you to get your business. When you have committed and try to book your vacation they will change the things they said to you based on the "small print". DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN!

Refusal to refund money
I purchased a vacation package from ETour and Travel on June 19, 2009. I was to receive an email the next day confirming this and a package in the mail. When I called to inquire about the package and that I had never received it, I was given the run around that they could not find my information and that I would need to call back with my credit card number again for them to locate it. I then decided this was crazy and wanted to cancel the whole package. I was told when I called back that my fifteen day time period was up to cancel the package and I was just out of luck. I tried to explain that I could not have known about the 15 day time limit since I never received the confirmation information. Was told there was nothing they could do, not even a manager could take care of this. I have called my credit card company and filed a dispute. THESE PEOPLE ARE CON ARTISTS, STAY AWAY!!!

im not 23,
i received a phone call from etour and travel.
i didnt want to be mean and hang up on their face after i told them that i didnt have the 490$.(which i regret i did not do), so i decided to use the credit card that was full so that i could show them that i really do not have the means to pay for their package.
Unfortunately, the purchase went through, and now i have 500$ more on my credit card which i never thought would have been possible.
i looked at their papers, and i realised that you have to be 23 to use the package, I am 22. I am wondering if there is a way to cancel this whole thing and get a refund.

fraud/sexual harrsment
this company is a fraud. they use customers credit cards without their permission and keep charging it. once you buy 1 package from them they keep your credit card number and use it again but send the package to a wrong address so buy the time you find out you got charged for another package its to late to cancel because you only have15 days to cancel. i know theese guys the managers name who okay this scam is matthew pedea and james contreas. they also use their power wrong i know a few females who got fired because they wouldnt have a sexual realtionship with matthew pedea or james contreas. sombody gotta stop this matthew pedea number is 407 923 9024 imight spelled his last name wrong.

Cancellation
I wish to return the package that you sent me for $150.00. I do not want to go to florida or anywhere else as I am working full time. I cannot stress this enough. You took my money, now I want it back. Your service rep(Victoria, last name unknown) painted this lovely picture about the trip for 4. It is a hoax. Numerous phone calls to complain came to nothing. I will get My Lawyer to sort out this problem and you'll end up paying me back much more plus interest for 2 years. I want my money back now.

Timeshare money paid for extra rooms!
I booked a trip with E Tour and I paid extra money to get 3 more nights in their resort. I did not get the extra nights and I cannot get them to refund my money. They tell me to email kimem@ETourandTravel but I cannot get through. I have called them several times about this.

Not able to cancel unauthorized payment!
I was contacting by Etour and Travel after looking at their website. We were looking into different traveling companies to see what they had to offer for future use. The representative on the phone said that he would send me information and that it would not cost me anything until I had made a decision.
When I got my visa statement, Etour and Travel had charged me $415.00 and this was without my authorization. I called them and explained what happened. The date of the transaction on my visa was January 14th and they said that in their system it was the 12th. So, because I was calling on the 29th it had already been past their 15 day cancellation period. This was something that I was never informed about when the call was made to me or when I received the DVD in the mail. The DVD did not come with a letter or any information about me having an account with their company.
Their customer service representative would not let me talk to the manager and when I finally decided to pretend to cry they gave me customer service's email address. But that's as far as I could get. Their customer service is very unwilling to help you when it comes to refunds when you didn't authorize them in this first place.

Terrible scam!
Called to cancel vacation package, and what ensued was a half hour battle with rep over why I wanted to cancel my service. I told him I never received confirmation email (they had my email listed wrong) and I didn't like the things I'd read online regarding the company and it's practices. He then attempted to offer an auto upgrade to 2 bedroom hotel with living room and full kitchen, but I was still unwavered in my decision. Just really upset that it took such a fight to have my money refunded and have the order canceled.
