Euclid Auto Service is a con-artist shop that preys on poor people and people ignorant to shop services. On June 7th 2011 this establishment took in a box truck which had a hydrolic lift gate that was leaking fluid. The head mechanic along with Mark the service manager (who is the brains behind the con-game), couldnt figure out where the fluid was leaking from, so after three hours I pointed out that every hydrolic fluid system has a bleeder on the cap of the resivior. And the system was probably just over-filled at one time and leaked from the bleeder hole. Mark acted like he was the one who figured it all out and charged the customer $330.00 for three hours of shop repair time at $110.00 an hour and told the customer that the problem was repaired and fixed.
Another circumstance is with a poor out of work retired women who is elderly. She purchased a vehicle from Euclid Auto Service that is a junker by every meaning of the word. The car has been leaking oil and coolant since she bought it from them. On the day i spent in the shop June 7th 2001, this women spent 6 hours in the waiting room waiting for a replacement radiator to be put in her car. At 6 pm she was finally done, but the junk radiator put in her car was also leaking. Mark stated that he was'nt going to deal with her BS anymore, but they claim that "we care about your car".
Dont take your car to this place, they are just a ***/con shop that doesnt pay employees nearly what they are worth. Mark is a pathetic man who has short guy syndrome, his needs are not met in other aspects of his life so he finds the need to fulfill them at his job. I worked at this shop for one day and was told that I was on a training basis and that I wasnt going to get paid until I proved myself. But in the United States of America it is a law to pay employees when they work for you regardless if you call it training.
