Eureka forbs customer care service is very bad. From past 3 years, 11 services, I am requesting customer care executives to call up before coming or fix up an appointment for the same. But they have been ignoring my request. I have to phase lot many problems because of there all unplanned visit during guest are at home or late afternoon.
I have registered complaint for the same on May 22nd 2008, “51047 532”which is yet to address. When I am calling to customer care unit on 3988-3333, they refuse to take down another complaint on the same and reply “We have already escalated your matter to higher officials” we can not take any other complaint on the same.
Today when I wished to talk to there higher officials by my self I received number “2666-6655” and I have been asked to speak to officer Manjula. I have tried this number more then 5 times but no response.
I need legal advice to sue a case against eurecaforbs for the compensation against inconvenience caused.
