I have purchased the lastet of the Eureka Forbes water purifier ( Aqua Gold ) in November 2007, at the time of purchase the sales person and the company promised to provide maintenance service every 3 months and has collected additional charges as maintenance fees.
On the 18th of this month (April 2008 ) back i have lodged a complaint to their customer care and duly received a reference number, for which the service personal or the technician was to come to my residence and attend to the problem within 24 hrs, but even till date no one has turned up.
when i call the customer care the executive just says sorry for the inconvinience caused and also promises that one of the technician will call be within 2 hrs . She also provides with the contact number of the manager Mr.Bramha ( hope its the correct name atleast), this person mobile rings all thru for almost 10 times and then a lady answers to say mr. manager has left his mobile phone at home and gone out and will return only late in the night.
I dont understand what sort of company is this and what sort of customer service do they offer, if anyone has approached the consumer court, pls guide me thru, i will surely want to take these guys to the court and see to that they pay for their negligence.
