I purchased a Crystal model water purifier in May 2008 in Pune. I have a service contract Receipt No 50 0000778. The contract was with Sai Neelam in Pune, Maharashtra, for the period 01/08/09 to 31/07/10 . On fri 14th May I called Sai Neelam to lodge a complaint, as the unit was non functional. I was informed that they no longer are service agent for Eureka Forbes. No one responds to the Euro Helpline on 39883333. I finally got the number of a service agent - Sudip Enterprises. I lodged my complaint on 14th May, and till today no one has come to rectify the problem. Yesterday I was given a complaint no -18/1 and was told the service engineer would come the same day. On calling today I am told another day or two.
What is the point on taking a Service contract when we do not receive any?
Also if an agent is no longer with you the customer should be informed of the change. They have our address and phone number
