I have been having a Eureka Forbes water purifier for approx. 2 years and am satisfied with the product. Unfortunately around 10 days back the water purifier stopped functioning. I lodged a service request with the helpline and was told that a service engineer would come the next day morning. Since then everyday i have been calling the helpline with the assurance that a service engineer would come in the next hour but i am yet to see a service engineer.
It's been 10 days now and i do not know how much longer will it take for the service engineer to come and fix the water purifier.
