Disgusting service!
After having lodged a request to eureka forbes, for the last8 days no one has turned up... none of the customer service execs are ready to take responsibility & just keep making fake promises. Though the product charges a premium when it comes to the servicing they just don't seem to be bothered about the customers.

The customer service execs don't even have the capability to escalate matters internally & ensure that the customer is able to talk to a senior person. Just because we have given a premium for the product, we continuing it else such a product should be just thrown out!!!

Poor after sale service
We have contacted the call center 5 times, and requested for servicing of our aquaguard. But there has been no response and no body comes for servicing. This is sheer negligence on the part of Eureka Forbes, and i will make it a point not to recommend buying of aquaguard from Eureka Forbes for its POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE!!!

Poor quality product!
I bought Aquasure water filter from Vishal Mega Mart and found a broken candle. We checked it recently and since then we are not able to use it..Checked with the dealer and we are told they don't have any idea whatsoever where we can get the new candles from. Company needs to improve their dealership networks as they don't take the ownership of selling a damaged product.

I had purchased a water purifier design a model and its not been functioning from the day one of installation and despite repeated complaints no action has been taken by the company.

worst service from Eureka forbes
Hi....I am Sagar. We own this product and quietly pay charges for the unnecessary service because the company has the monopoly in this field.

Just day before yesterday I called the helpline for urgent repairs and yesterday a representative arrived. I explained him the problem to which he replied that the filter was completely choked and hence the flow from the pipe is very slow. I told him that we have a contract upto 28th of this month so he should replace the filters and do the necessary repairs. To this he replied saying that only when you sign in a new contract you will be provided with a new filter. I had no choice so I agreed and he fitted the filter. I told him that since I have a contract till 28th I will pay you the money on 24th. He was not ready at first but then he changed the filter and also gave me a reciept for having recieved the payment of Rs 1000/- towards service charges.

He now fitted the filter and started the usual procedure. Once he was done he switched off the machine and was talking to me. My brother went to check whether the music button was working and to his suprise the machine did not even start. We told him about the same and then he did something and the machine started. However after he left the machine is not working .. not even starting. The representative had smartly turned off the machine by using his experience in the concerned field.

Now my question is why is the machine not starting now ? The obvious answer will be - Because I did not pay the money.

my argument will be - The machine was working before the representative touched the machine and I have a contract till 28/08/2007 then why should I be forced to drink impure water for 2 days. Above what authority this representative has to punish me for two days. (do I really deserve the punishment)

I do not not think that I did anything wrong to be punished .... do you?

Bad service by Eureka Forges
I purchased Eureka Forbes "water purifier" on 4th Aug 2007. After 7 days my installation is not complete and I am not able to use the newly purchased device.

Yesterday only company engineer promised me that he will be completing the remaining work by the next day. But instead he reported the installation to be complete against my name.

This is very bad experience I faced. I cannot express the headache and mental agony I felt. I have to bear with this kind of service as the support office is also not taking it to be serious issue.

This is disgusting!
I bought a vacuum cleaner from Eureka forbes 4 months back (in the month of Feb 2007). Till now i have not received a demo of that alliance. I have contacted their sales person several times - even visited their local office twice - only to get a false assurance.

Untrained technicians
I had bought a Aquaguard Reviva Smart RO system from Eureka Forbes in Delhi. For the past two weeks I have been trying to get it installed at my house. The following illustrates my experience :

1. The first visit was by a technician who claimed had never set his eyes on this model and had no idea that it existed. He fitted the system but it did not work, whilst it was in perfectly working condition in Delhi

2. The next visit was by a technician who looked at the machine and said he did not know anything about the same.

3. The third visit was by another technician who said that this machine cannot work in Mumbai and that since the water pressure in my apartment was too high, it cannot work in any case. When we told him that a pressure reducer was installed at the aquaguard point, he said that it does not help. He said he will send another person the next day….nobody came.

4. I called up customer service and one cheeky girl told me that what technician no 3 told me was true and that no one in Mumbai would know how to install the system as it is not used here. She said that she would, in any case, send me another technician the very day. [that was Saturday the 23rd June] No one has come so far. She refused to give me a complaint number either. My previous complaint numbers were a] 56719 b] L45672

I have been surviving on bottled water for the past two weeks because of their untrained technicians.

If the product actually does not work in Mumbai, the literature should clearly state this and I would have never wasted my money on it as I knew I was to shift here in two years time.

Scientifically, though, I cannot understand why it should not work if

1. The pressure is adjusted as per the recommended specification, by a plumber who knows how to do this.
2. Even if the Mumbai water does not have a large number of dissolved salts, the system should still work [at least the bacteria should get killed] I believe the RO system not only extracts dissolved salts but also takes away disease causing bacteria and parasites from the water.

My advice: do not buy their products..their service ends once they sell you the product... their so called technicians are just half trained pipe fitters.

Violence of Annual Maintenance Contract
I have transferred from Mumbai to Bangalore in April. I have an Eureka Forbes water Purifier, for which we have purchases the Annual Maintenance Contract. I had a problem in that purifier and I called in Eureka Phobes Helpline and they assured to send me the technician within 24 hours. When the technician did not turn up within 10 days, I again called up in that number, and they provided me the Whitefield service center phone no 080-28532011 and requested me to talk with Miss Priya / Miss Sudha. I called them and requested them to send the technician, and promised me that they will give me a call to let me know when the technician will come. But till date they never give me a call back and one day Miss Sudha said she is alone in the department, so it’s not her duty to give a call to the customers and she provided me with her senior officer no 9343008524. I contact the officer, and the technician arrived to my place, repaired the machine, and told he is the only technician for the Kundalahalli area, so it is not possible for him to fix the problem in time. The machine was fine for two days and then again it’s not working. I again called Miss Sudha and she said that I should call the technician directly, not her because she is not aware about the technicians - and gave me the technician no 9343008524. I called the technician and he told me he has already sent a person. Everyday I called at least five to six times and always he said that the technician is on the way. But till date no body turn up to repair the machine. I am running out of water for a long days and I have a aged person and child in my family. I feel it a shame for a reputed company like you who commit to the customer about your good service. I am totally disappointed with this sort of unprofessional behavior of these persons. I want to bring this issue to the public who trust your organization and purchasing the water purifier system. I demand compensation for all of my troubles.

Poor customer service
I am owning a Eureka forbes Aqua guard Model name Revira, Which is RO Purifier, and they say it will convert the hard water into a drinkable water, but the problem is the filters are getting choked once in 3 months & whenever i give a complaint i need to make a lot of followup with each person including the service man. This time i have given a complaint on 23-Apr-07 & the complaint no is 7685. Till today that is 15-May-07 nobody has turned up. Very bad customer service.
