Poor after sales service!
I have bought a new house in Goregaon (India) and wanted a engineer / a technician to come to my place and reinstall my aqua guard. My first call to their help line (39883333) was made on Apr 17 '07 and since then I am calling this number each day. I do not understand why it should take this long for them to attend to my call. I really regret buying a aqua guard from Eureka Forbes and I strongly recommend everybody not to but one. Horrible service.

Supplied product not working!
I purchased a water purifier from eurekaforbes about one month back. Since 5th may 2007 it is not working. For this i have called the executive who has supplied the unit and he told that by 6th problem will be rectified but till today he has not even called. Then on 7th i called up their customer care no (08039883333) they told by 8 th afternoon problem will be rectified. But nobody from company has not even given a call. Very bad company!

Horrible service - watch out!
Just to set up (installation) of an Aquaguard water purifier, have called the company over 10 times and they have not bothered to send a service engineer.
Very poor service!

Eureka Forbes Aqua Guard, worst service I have ever get!
I bought my Eureka Forbes Aqua guard a year back. It had a fault at the time of installation, which I reported and observed no action was being taken, then I had to instruct my bank to stop their cheque payment. After that person came I rectified that.
After that I never got any service, I also get promise person will come in 2 hours but it never happens, I paying huge amount of telephone bills only for following my complaint and now I m forced to take some legal action against them.

Sell defective products!
I purchased an ace vacuum cleaner in aug 2005 which worked only for 2 months. I have places several complaints. At one time someone did come over and after looking at the machine said that the motor has burnt out (i wonder how, i used it very carefully) and that they will have to replace it and that he doesn't have it in stock now. he said they will replace it as soon as they get it. that was 6-7 months ago. after that i have completely lost hope in getting it repaired.. I will never again buy a product of theirs and have also advised my friends not to ...

Don't get cheated by buying Eureka Forbes
I bought a Eureka Forbes water Purifier nearly 7 months back. They had mentioned at the time of sales that they provide the best service to the customer. In my case nobody came for the service after 3 month or 6 months which they were supposed to do. Then suddenly my machine reported some fault. I made a complaint to the toll free number and they gave me a code number. They told the same day a person would visit me and solve the problem.
Nobody turned up. I used to call almost everyday, and had to describe the entire problem regularly. Then after nearly 20 days one guy came who did not even know to open the machine. He told he would come the very next day and we kept waiting days and weeks. After inquiring with others I came to know that most of the people in our are are getting the same kind of experience and they seldom do the service properly.
If your machine fails they will not turn up. Those who came gave some vague answers and nothing got right. In between I contacted the people who sold the machine to us. They told service is not their division. For the past 2 months We are not able to get filtered water. My friends are telling me that I have done a mistake by selecting this brand.
Will Eureka Forbes be responsible for any health issues arising from this. If they can refund the money and take the machine, we would be greatly happy and can go for another brand.
This is the worst Experience I had from any brands. If they are not able to repair the machine (booster model) they should not sell it. Better they stop marketing it and taking the health of the people into their hands.
