very irresponsible service
i baught my eurekaforbes water purifier 6 months back, it was ok for the 1st month and not working for the last 5 months. Total cost is 10800 rupees. the sale representave is Mr Mukesh P J (9028558) from calicut with mobile no. 9961569457.
I contacted him several times and the calicut service number. Mr Mukesh assured me that service people will come the next date between 2-4pm. I am a surgeon with a busy schedule and i cancelled my op and surgeries waiting for the service staff, but they didnt come. this is repeated for 4 times wasting my time and work and till now no service staff has come
So I humbly request everybody not to order for any water purifier of this compny. I also request the company to take necessry action against Mr Mukesh for willfully cheating the customers.

Aquaguard Protec+
The Aquaguard Protec+ was puchased by me in Aug'10. It was giving trouble & stopped working. On 06th Nov'10 i called the Customer Service Helpline & put in a servicing request (0060064328). I was assured that the Service Engineer would positively visit "within 24hrs." On 8th Nov'10 i sent a complaint mail to [email protected] but till now (10th Nov) no service engineer has called or visited.

I am completely shocked at the callous attitude towards service by a company like Eureka Forbes who simply play around & harass customers after selling them expensive products. I realized that i made a blunder by buying a product from Eureka Forbes. My neighbours who have bought Kutchina or Kent water purifiers are really happy with the after sales service.

Would advice all prospective buyers not to get carried away by marketing gimmicks of Eureka Forbes. Rather to settle for products from companies who care about customer satisfaction & understand what customer service means.

SELLING OF DUPLICATE PARTS
I HAVE PURCHASED A WATER RO (AQUAGUARD TOTAL) ON 05 JUNE 10. AFTER BARELY 4 MONTHS OF USE I NOTICED THAT THE ADDL FILTER PROVIDED BY REP OF EUREKA FORBES IS LEAKING. FOLLOWING IS SUBMITTED:
1. THE ADDL FILTER PROVIDED IS DUPLICATE SINCE THE SAME IS CONFIRMED BY ANOTHER REP OF EUREKA FORBES.
2. IT IS BADLY LEAKING SINCE LAST 20 DAYS.
3. AFTER NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS AND REQUEST AND REMINDERS TO COMPANY REPS ONLY AND ONLY ASSURENCES ARE GIVEN THAT IT WILL BE REPLACED IN NEXT 24 HRS, BUT IT SEEMS NO BODY IS BOTHERED.
4. THE ADDL FILTER HAS BEEN SOLD TO ME AT A HIGHER COST.
5. THE NAME OF CSS WHO SOLD SPURIOUS ITEM TO ME IS VIPIN AND HIS CODE NO IS 9037771.
6. REQUEST INVESTIGATE SO THAT MORE PEOPLE ARE NOT CHEATED BY THE COMPANY.

non functional machine supplied
I have purchased sensa 80000459 on 03jul10 from mathura through sanjeev sharma css code 9008163. machine was installed on 03 jul 10.
It worked for 4days only. complaint was regd with service centre on 08 jul 10 at mathura.mechanic visited my house next day and rectified the fault partly. he said that sensor was not working .he assured that he will put up demand for new part.
machine has been non functional since then.
I rang up again after 5days. mechanic came and examined machine and said that sensor was un serviceable and could not be repaired. he recommended for change of machine by sales manager mr sharma.i have been speaking regularly to sales manager at mathura and hesaid there is no mechine in stock.
beyond this neither the company rep has taken any action nor the mnc has initiated any action despite repeated complaints. the best part is that the consumer redressal no they flash in their ads is unreachable most of times and if you get through they make you wait for hours
LESSON: DO NOT BUY ANY EUREKA FORBES PRODUCT. PERHAPS THE COMPANY IS GOING BANKRUPT THAT IS WHY AFTER SALES SERVICES ARE BEING DECOMMISIONED

RO purifier stopped working within 4 mnths of purchase.Harrowing experience while dealing with Cust.Care people
I purchased an RO purifier on 24 April, 2010.Within 4 mnths it has stopped working...after trying really hard I got hold of Cust.Care exe..
who has been of no help.After 4-5 days of constant harassing telephonic conversations...I am being asked to change some membrane or the other...which will reportedly cost me Rs.2300..my question is after buying a product of rs.10000... why am i being asked to spend another 2300 within 4 mnths ..well under its warranty period ?? Does the company have any accountability towards its customers ?? the Cust. Care execs who deal with us are the worst behaved people i have ever encountered. Based on this experience.. i will do everything to discourage people to buy an eureka forbes product.

inspite of repeated phone calls since last year no service has been rendered, a mutli bbillion co. like shapoorji pallonji not taking notice or rendering service is not fair

CHEATING
ONE OF IN DORE OFFICE STAFF CHEATED ME HE CAME AND TOOK CHEQUE OF 1000 AND DEPOSITED IT INTO THE BANK AND THE COMPANY IS NOT RETURNING THE CHEQUE I DO NOT WANT TO PURCHAE AQUAGUARD BUT THEY GOT CLEARED THE CHEQUE WITHOUT MY CONSENT THEY CHEAT PEOPLE BE CAREFUL PURE WATER IS NOT SO IMPORTANT BUT PEACE OF MIND IS MORE IMPORTANT THEY WILL DISTURB UR PEACE OF MIND SO BE AWAY FROM EUREKA FORBE PEOPLE THEY CHEAT AND DON'T APPEAR AFTERWARD

The company takes the entire payment on dlv and later on has no interest in customer service
The reviva m/c has been leaking since installation but the company has not been responding inspite of numerous complaints. At time of installation the technician Raju tiwari promised to come to rectify the problem and also do a tds check but never came and on reminder was rude.

The company takes the entire payment on dlv and later on has no interest in customer service, very poor show am extremely unhappy.

No action has been taken to resolve my complaints
I bought a RO-water purifier with model name "Aquaguard Rivera". According to the terms and conditions of the company, four(4) free services should be provided within one year, but instead of representative complaints, whose details are given below, no action has been taken.

I regret buying this system because of the greediness shown here by the company
I have purchased this RO system on 15-April-2007 but till now I have not received the bill for the same inspite of repeated reminders from my end to the customer. Every time they promised but it was useless. I think that the local branch is saving on Service Tax and VAT that they have to pay by not providing the bill. I want to renew the AMC but on top of exorbitant charges of AMC, customer care is asking for executive visiting charges. I now regret buying this system because of the greediness shown here by the company.
