Company who has been know for customer satisfaction through direct selling, does not even have proper complaint redress system
It has been more than 40 days since i purchased water purifier, and inspite of making telephone call to the sales representative - mr.pritesh, and entering complaint on internet, i have not received the bill for the product. Also, most important, when the product was installed, its performance could not be checked since electricity was not there. And they clearly told that, we will come again to check water quality, but nobody has come yet.
I am really surprised that a company who has been know for customer satisfaction through direct selling, does not even have proper complaint redress system.

I suggest never ever go with Eureka Forbes - it is hell to customers
I have brought Eureka Forbes water purifier RO system thinking that it is reliable brand. But after installation product started giving me troubles every then & there. One in every 3 days, it stops working. If I call customer service they are irresponsible and never attend your complaint immediately. They are so rediculas towards customers. I think Dont Care Customer seems to be their motto.. I need to spend Rs.100 per day for drinking water even after I brought the RO system. I suggest never ever go with Eureka Forbes - it is hell to customers.

Stay away from Eureka Forbes
I placed a service request for re-installation of AcquaGuard (water purifier) of Eureka Forbes on 14th of June, 2008. Since then I have more than half-a-dozen calls eliciting identical response on each occassion: We will have someone sent soon. This is the service level for a service request for which Eureka Forbes charges a pretty hefty fee. Having bought the item, custoerms like me are at the mercy of the company as they have monooly on such service requests.

Their after sales service is really pathetic
I registered my request to re-install my system to my new residence closeby on 25th April. Even after several reminders, I am still waiting for a representative to help me out. My request no is 80306637. This is frustrating, especially when you go for a brand and find out that the after sales service is really pathetic. Every time I call, they just assure me that their rep will come very same day and in vain. I have vacated the old house and has to continue requesting the owner that I will get the purifyier within a day or 2..

Non-receipt of invoice and poor service
I purchased Eureka Forbes some where in July'09. Till now, I haven't received my original invoice, which they promised that we will get rebate in INcome Tax. But without original bill with me, how I can claim. I have contacted many times the person who sold to me and also many times the local office, but all went in vain. Even, I wrote many mails and sent thru my grievance thru feedback available on the internet, but no response. Nobody in the company takes responsibility nor try to resolve the problem.
Dont purchase their products since there are responsive and no help will be done, if problem comes.

SERVICE
I am extremely disappointed with the post purchase services of eureka. I had purchased the REVIVA RO in the month of May 09. I have already lodged the complaint almost three months back. the people at eureka told me that our service engineers will take care or ur ro product.it happens with in the warranty period.After warranty period ??????????. Infact i feel like a cheated customer because i have followed it up many times but every time they assure me that something would be done, but nothing happens!!!.

Horrible Service
Dear Citizens, Don't buy any eureka forbes products. they are really horrible in customer service and they are really hopeless. I called them 8 -10 times and they never came. Atlast they came and repaired the product.After a week the problem came again and I need to do the same excerise calling them again and again. Only god knows when they will come . So please don't buy any thing from Eureka Forbes. I will never buy any product from them

lack of service and shoddy product
bought a eureka forbes ro filter "spring fresh" model 18 months ago. 2 times tap has broken and its taken average 5 days + 10 calls on average to replace. franchisee in gurgaon is UTTERLY USELESS AND RUDE. how can one accept such rubbish? company actually has no line/site to directly lodge a complaint. does one go to consumer courts?

BAD SERVICE
I purchased AquaSure Storage UV on 10 the October and the very next day I called their customer care for installation, they took all the information and informed that their service engineer will visit my place with 48 hours. I waited for three days but no one turned, then again I called their customer care and informed that nobody has come for installation, again their promised me that their service engineer will definitely come for an installation. Nobody has come till date . THEY JUST WANT THE CONSUMER TO BUY THEIR PRODUCT AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CONSUMER. I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY THEIR PRODUCTS B'COZ THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS... I LEARNED MY LESSON..
