Water Purifier
The Water Filter Aquasure is not filtering water. I lodged a complaint on 14.09.09.(No.81887874 and 81923114) No action has been taken so far saying that the part is not available. The company neither ready to replace the product.

NEVER BUY ANY EUREKA FORBES PRODUCT
I have purchased an aquasure Elegant RO water purifier on 7/09/2009 . The equipment stopped working after 2 weeks time . I made a call to the helpline number 39883333 on 24th sep and registred a complaint . COMPLAINT NUMBER: 81930706 . They promised that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours . Today is 1st oct, the issue is not yet resolved . Everyday morning i call the helpdesk and I get the same promise "We are extremely sorry for your invonvenience, your issue will be resolved today" . I heared this sentence more than 5 times from them . I have a small kid and since we are using bore water its very essential for us to have a water purifier . I explained all these to the helpdesk person but of no use .


This is my advise to all : NEVER BUY ANY EUREKA FORBES PRODUCT .THEIR AFTER SALES SERVICE IS POOREST

duplicate parts provide us
Sir/Madam,
i m pritpal singh from jalandhar.last year i, ve bought a water filter system from eurka forbes company by door seller MR.AMAN SHARMA.he tols me that we provide 2 free service in a year and change the candle(water filter unit'part) both time free. sir/madam on behalf of good faith i purchase 2 water filter from MR.AMAN SHARMA.he give me just only 2 candle on the time of purchase and told that other 2 candle i'll provide oyu after some days because its not available in our companys store now.on 1st service the serviceman come for service and told us that these candles are not original.when i call to MR.AMAN SHARMA he says that dont worry i'll deliver it tommarow to you.after many calls he says to me that now i m not working in eureka so i cant deliver the original parts to you.after that i visit the haed office of EUREKA FORBS JALANDHAR BRANCH and meet with MR RAMAN SHARMA who was manager of JALANDHAR BRANCH at that time.after many comminucation i also chaet with me and not sove my problem.
so plaese justify my acuuse and change the parts of water filter product.

Bad customer care
I had purchased RO system water purifier from eureka aquaguard this january. Acc to the company they are supposed to service my unit every 3 months, however nobody cared to even call and ask abt my unit. Even after 9 months now when i have placed a complaint stating the system is not working, nobody has come to rectify it. How long should i be waiting for a water purifier to be rectified ?????? I have a baby and i am suffering much inconvenience.
The customer care is DISASTROUS !!!
It is better for them to shut down their call centre rather than to act so bizarre !!!

Eureka Forbes a shame on customer service
To who ever is listening,


It was unfortunate that I bought a Eureka Forbes product- Reviva.

The machine was bought from Mr Ashok Kumar Dass (CSS CODE – 9033438) with a warranty of life time Service. He assured us that there will be a door service of the machine for life time before selling the machine. At the time of installment he changed his statement, said that we would get a Life time Service Certificate from the company within 7 to 10 days. And we will have to visit the service centre for free service with the certificate. We even agreed to that.
But till date, no certificate has been sent to us. I even called up Mr Ashok, but he just gave me fake assurances that the certificate would reach us.


Also there has not been any visit from the company for service. As per the documents received with the machine, we are supposed to get 4 free service check ups.
But none has happened yet.


Tried calling your call centre also . The poor tele-caller could not understand the problem and just logged in a complain for service check up. He gave me a complain no. 81806264.


Is this the way Eureka Forbes treats its customers?

With reference to above I would like to inform you that I purchased the subject set from your Sales Executive (Mr Abhijit Saha, Code No.9002410 on 02.10.2007 with 2 years Warranty period. Your Sales Person was successful enough to convince us to get the item purchased (though the Job of Sales Executive is to sell Comb to a Bald). However they neither told about the disadvantage of the Model such as huge wastage of water (initially wastage was 5 Liters of water to get 1 Liter pure water) nor about the replacement of Membrane and Filter every year. Now the wastage has become more than 20 times. I am very surprised to note how your Research & Development department gave clearance to launch such a model in the market where huge quantity of water is getting wasted. Wastage of such huge Natural Resource which is called “LIFE”, is nothing but a loss to the Nation & Natural resource.<br />

After purchase of the above Set, we had to call your Service Representative at least 15 times for either repairing the non-functional IC, SMPS, Water Senser etc.(which took at least 2 weeks) or for cleaning the Filters, as flow of pure water was minimal. <br />
<br />
Finally they have told that the performance of the Set is not satisfactory. Moreover getting pure water is also likely to stop very soon unless Membrane and Filters are replaced immediately at our own cost (approx. Rs.2500/- or more). <br />
<br />
Since it is still under Warranty period, hence you are requested to please arrange to replace the Membrane and the Filters free of cost (as per Service Manual Plan Page-1 point 3 without further delay otherwise there will be no other alternative but to go to “Consumer Court”, “Media” and ultimately to “Court of Law”. Only in the small Complex of ours (Club Town Estates, 87-Dum Dum Dum Road, Kolkata-700074), there are innumerable people complaining about this model which only emphasizes the failure of this model and the indifference of the company like Eureka Forbes towards its customers. <br />

Hopeless customer service
My Aqua Guard - Water purifier - GOLD NOVA is not working since 2 weeks, i have registered a complaint against this, and till this no action. Hopeless customer service i have ever seen. I have been using Bislari water since two weeks. their people are not well trained, and not even well educated. I was about a buy a Philips and based on the voice on Customer service, i have choosen Eureka Forbes, thats my bluder. I never go for any Eureka Forbes product in my life. They say one part is not availble in India. If it is so, why they should market, they should have enough spares to give customer support. One simple answer is no spares available. Pathatic condition. I recommend, not to buy Eureka Forbes products.

Big mistake
I was shopping for a vacuum cleaner and was offered a demo of Eureka Forbes - their latest vacuum cleaner. I accepted it, and it was a big mistake.

After the demonstration was over, the sales people started talking us into buying the product. They said they came with an unopened new item, and since the box was opened and the vacuum cleaner used we are obligated to buy it.

We asked them to leave our house with the vacuum cleaner. One of the sales guys finally agreed to pick the item the next day motivating it that they can't take the vacuum cleaner today. We agreed.

No one came the next day and the day after. When we contacted them, they again told us that we need to pay for it. We then contacted their manager who also said that the item was opened and we need to buy it. We are being ripped off by these people, and I hope someone will stop them soon.

service issues
I had registered a complaint on my Euro clean XL vaccum cleaner(Complaint # 81175506) on 13th of April 2009. since then nothing has happend.
1) Everytime I call up the helpline they would say "I am sorry sir, but I shall ensure that it shall be done before this evening and nothing happens
2) And also, there is no escalation process in place. There is no supervisor whith whom I can speak to.
3) The helpline call handlers are not even aware of customer grievances.
4) Instead of getting call from service center I get a call for Demo for their sales people for the product exchange.


I recomend people to go for good brands like Samsung or panasonic which has a strong service backbone, I feel its a waste running behind these Moreons.

Worst Service
We have Eureka Forbes Water filter. We have opted for 2 years service from them. The service needs to be done every Quarter. But it is almost 1 year now. No one has turned up to do the service. We have called them many times. But still no response. Chennai Service is really pathetic. Not al all happy with Chennai Service when compared to Bangalore.
